This single-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2000 square foot, house is located on the thirteenth hole of Indian Creek Golf Course in Hood River.
The Master Bedroom has a view of the golf course, a Jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, a walk-in closet, King bed & Direct TV. The Second Bedroom has a King & DVD/VHS TV. The Third Bedroom has a Queen & DVD/VHS TV.
The Dining room opens to a deck over looking the golf course. The dining table will accommodate 8. The dining room shares a dual fireplace with the Living room. The Living room opens also opens to a deck on the golf course. Both rooms have several large windows that provide good natural lighting. There is a study area with a desk for using your lap top. The living room has Direct TV with DVD/VHS and a large movie collection and board games.
The Kitchen is well appointed and organized, barstool seating at counter top and easy access to the dining room. Please keep all food in these areas.
The laundry room has front-loading washer and dryer, a utility sink, a countertop for folding & an iron and ironing board.
The two decks are both furnished and there is 1 gas grill BBQ. The 2 car garage is secure and good for storing your gear.

Why the Owner Chose Hood River
You can walk out the door and go for a hike in the woods. It's right on the golf course and the Indian Creek Trail head, walking distance to the Divot's restaurant in the golf course club house and walking distance to the gym and grocery store. Driving downtown only takes 5 minutes.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We like watching the golfers from the deck and sometimes the wildlife like Deer, Elk and Raccoons. The Indian Creek Trail Head is just out the door and really nice for a quick hike or run, creekside.

A very nice walk, run or bike ride along the Indian Creek. The trail head is just out the back door.
This grocery store has "Huckleberrys" A great health food store inside the main grocery store

Your lovely, very clean and comfortable home was a perfect setting for our family get together to Celebrate my 60th Bday. The large kitchen was great for our taking turns cooking meals, the bedsrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable. My grand kids enjoyed the toys ~ Thanks for sharing! Being a little ways out of town made it a nice quiet setting, and it was fun to watch some golfers. We enjoyed our adventures: playing at beach along the river, watching the kite sailing competition, lunch at the brewery, browsing the shops in town, eating ice cream cones and partaking in a wine tasting. The highlight activity was our Sunday brunch excursion on the Spirit of Portland stern wheeler! It was great! If we decide to meet in the Hood River area again, we will definitely request your beautiful home! Thank You!

This house was so comfortable for our Ladies Golf trip in June. It was really well stocked. Whenever we thought of something that we needed, i.e. shampoo, hair dryer, etc--there it was in the cabinet. Also appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets. We golfed at Indian Creek Golf Course (beautiful and challenging course) which was less than 5 minutes to drive. Enjoyed Happy Hour at Divots Restaurant at the golf course. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our two-month stay in your vacation home in Hood River. The floor plan is ideal and the house is exceptionally well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the heat/cool system is excellent, as is the golf-course view. You provided immediate service whenever we needed it (infrequently). For these reasons we have reserved again for next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

A bunch of us grandkids and other family were coming into town from different states for my grandfather's celebration of life service and needed a place to stay and prepare food at. Not only was the house beautiful, clean and all around PERFECT, but the agent Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with, and the owners understanding about our situation. We had a wonderful service, but the best thing was to be able to see all of our family members and have a nice visit in this beautiful home. My grandfather was an advid golfer here in hood river, and we said our hello's and goodbyes on the 13th hole, where this house sits on......... what an AMAZING weekend with family, would of been better under different circumstances, but it was a celebration. Thank you so much!!!!
