Huge lanai with OVERSIZED HEATED swimming pool & waterfall spa and BBQ grill, all screened in for around-the-clock enjoyment.
Romantic and fabulous sunrises/sunsets from the wraparound balconies on the second and third floors. Very private SUNDECK with spectacular waterview on the top floor, 35 feet high. The top of the line, fully equipped gourmet kitchen also has a romantic waterview breakfast nook and Jenn-air cooking island overlooking the peaceful, clean, clear sea water. Almost EVERY ROOM has a fantastic WATER VIEW.
A total of 5 bedrooms + den including 4 MASTER bedrooms with full baths, 2 with hot tubs. Great for 2 or more families or couples. Guest Suite with private entrance on first floor with a King size bed. Also on the first floor a den with a full size bed. Master bedroom with King size bed and second bedroom with 2 twin beds on third floor. On the second floor 2 more bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other one with a set of 2 twin beds. Sleeps a total of 12 people very comfortably.

A great time was had by all. House was beautiful and pool was clean and the beds were WONDERFUL! Manager was pleasant and helpful and responded asap when called. If you are a beach person you will need a car, but who cares when you have such a beautiful water view and lovely pool. Few recommendation's: Beach chairs, bikes, better beach umbrella, instuctions on how to operate surround music, full propane tank. You will definitely enjoy this home! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
