Casa de Los Arcos is a charming, private villa overlooking spectacular Banderas Bay, Old town Puerto Vallarta, the jungle, and the wide Pacific Ocean beyond. We are nestled on the hillside, amongst tall palms, and jungle trees. Casa de Los Arcos offers complete privacy and comfort. There is always a breeze blowing to keep the temperatures moderate. Beautiful plants cascade down the walls, and lush tropical gardens grace the property.
Casa de los Arcos is a unique villa. We provide the ultimate in privacy for a large group. Our master suites are set in four private casitas, while the many terraces and entertainment areas, make it a perfect setting for large groups, families or corporate retreats. When the whole villa is not occupied, it is possible to rent the suites individually.
Each "casita" has its own spacious living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and private terrace. There are ceiling fans, and, all bedrooms are air conditioned. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The views are absolutely incredible, and there is no area of the villa without a magnificent view. Tropical birds streak by at all hours of the day. Catch the evening fireworks from your terrace, or during the winter months, be fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of a mother humpback whale and her calf.
The Casa Grande is a two bedroom, two bathroom suite, which has its own private terrace and palapa covered bar. The furnishings and design are traditional Mexican style. A beautiful fountain graces the sitting area, There is approximately 1600 square feet of living space.
Casa Palapa is tropical and romantic suite, set beneath a magnificent palapa roof. The large master bedroom opens to a terrace allowing for sweeping ocean views. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the fountain. This suite provides about 1500 square feet of luxury living.
La Casita, our newest addition, provides the best view in south side of Puerto Vallarta. It is the perfect hideaway.
Casa de los Arcos is fully staffed Monday through Saturday, and our cook is available upon request for an extra charge. Onsite bilingual management guarantees that your holiday is perfect. Whether you need a restaurant recommendation, or you are planning an "at home" spa day, we can take care of all the details.

I knew that Puerto Vallarta was a special place the first time I visited. Although I never truly imagined that I would make such a dramatic move, I knew the second I crossed the threshold of the villa that it was the right property to buy. I believed in Puerto Vallarta as a tourist destination, and the charm of the home, plus, the incredible views and proximity to the downtown sold me on the home.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There is something very special about Casa de los Arcos. When you are here, you experience total peace and tranquility. You feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of everything, but you can be a part of it within minutes. The views are truly breathtaking, and many people find that there is no need to leave home. There is a 180 degree view of the bay which includes the mountains, jungle, ocean and town. In the winter you can see the whales breech from your terrace. The villa has 3 separate suites, and each one can be rented separately or the villa can be rented by one group. When there is a large group the separate suites allow vacationers total privacy, yet there is lots of entertaining space. Guests love to have a getaway, even when travelling with a group.

My husband and I each fell in love with Mexico over thirty years ago. Separately we kept on returning, until we both ended up deciding to move here and settle down. We met each other in Puerto Vallarta. One of our major interests is exploring the Mayan culture of Mexico, and we spend much of our free time travelling in Mexico and exploring the ancient ruins. We both believe that Puerto Vallarta is a unique place, combining the incredible beauty of the ocean and the mountains, along with the warmth and friendliness of the people who live here.

When your vacation home is close to town, yet utterly private, when the treetops and seaside fill your view, you can stretch time and make each day seem like two. All the things I love about a holiday I have found in Casa de los Arcos. A truly beautiful setting, genuinely comfortable surroundings and all the delights of old Puerto Vallarta at just the right distance away. I loved how morning came gently with the song of the birds in the trees, how delightful it was to pour myself a fresh cup of coffee and putter out to the terrace, still in my PJ’s, to gaze at the morning light on the ocean water. We loved that the town was close enough to walk to, that fresh fruit and vegetable markets were just down the hill, that a choice of beaches stretched out both to the north and the south, and then there was that stack of ‘holiday reads’ in the armoire bookshelf just inside. With the whole day ahead, and the only schedule to be followed was our own, the feeling of total relaxation was complete. And the thought of a whole week of this was pure bliss. The staff are as sweet as they are discreet. Housekeeping details are taken care of completely, yet they are never intrusive. They have perfected the art of always caring for your needs – and being almost invisible at the same time!We’ve been back many times and stayed in each of the three villas – each one a favourite for different reasons; the Casita for its ‘rooftop of the world’ seclusion, the Palapa for its classic ‘indoor/outdoor living’, and the Main Casa for its gracious splendour – we’ve even hosted private chef dinner parties on its endless terrace. All are different yet they all share the magnetic views of the sunset, the flying carpet of starry skies and the nightly performance of fireworks in the mid distance over the town’s beach front.Casa de los Arcos has become a part of our lives, and each year we can’t wait for our escape to this very personal and private paradise.

We have been coming to PV and staying at Casa de los Arcos for six years in a row now. It is like coming HOME each time and is a magical, romantic, comfortable, clean, reasonably priced place to stay. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating (we love them!) A fifteen minute walk down the mountain or a cheap cab gets you to and from the old town where "all the action is" but when at the house your time becomes a quiet and restful retreat with a wonderful view of Banderas Bay. Best of all worlds. PV itself is a safe, friendly place to visit, go to the beach, dine, play, shop, "do the boardwalk" and find most any kind of adventure you are looking for. Casa de los Arcos makes it a great place to sleep, read, rest, cook at home, swim in the pool, sun, visit and if you want to (sometimes) get on the internet to check up on business. Highly, highly recommended.

I made it home safe and sound. The wind is whipping and there were a few flakes of snow here today, but my spirit is still warm and toasty from the incredible week we spent in Puerta Vallarta. I have spent most of today describing to my husband the details that made the week so special. Paul is sold, and we are already planning a week with you in March of 2010. Thank you again for a most exquisite experience. Your warmth and generosity and the wonderful care of your staff made it just heavenly to be at Casa de los Arcos.

We were part of the Dewey crew and we want to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your villa. Your welcome on our first evening was great. The cooks on Friday night were wonderful. J Thanks to you, Isabel, and Roger for a great stay! Your house was the perfect setup for a group of our size…gave all of us a little bit of privacy, but lots of places to spend time together.
