This spacious, 1000 square foot, two-bedroom, luxury condominium comfortably sleeps four adults. It is recently renovated, completely furnished, and decorated in Southwestern Style.

Conveniently located in northwest Santa Fe, the apartment is a one mile mile walk or drive from the Plaza - the center of Santa Fe.

The De Vargas Shopping Center is three-tenths of a mile away for the convenience of longer term guests in need of the practicalities of day-to-day life such as groceries, drug store, movie theaters, DVD rentals, etc.

A second story balcony looks towards the ski basin to the east and the twinkle of city lights at night. The balcony has outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing.

This quiet unit is recessed from nearby streets and is well-insulated for sound. Completely renovated in 2003 and 2004, the appliances and furnishings are new. Windows with views provide southern exposures that provide natural light all day.

The DeVargas Shopping Center includes several well known local restaurants, Starbucks, Albertsons Supermarket, Save-On Drugstore, Office Depot, Post Office, a "six-plex" movie theater, Hastings video and DVD rentals, as well as many other smaller stores and boutiques. Santa Fe Spa is a walk up the hill and offers complete workout facilities. Fort Marcy Fitness complex is five minutes away by car, open to the public by the day, week or month and includes a full gymnasium, weights and aerobic equipment and indoor swimming pool.

Parking is right off 285/84 so commuters to Los Alamos, "The Lab," Santa Fe Opera, Taos, and other points north can completely avoid going through Santa Fe. Hop on 285/84 South, also known as St. Francis for easy access to the Plaza, Rail Yard District, Museum Hill, and all that Santa Fe has to offer.

While our focus is providing longer term rentals for those who are visiting the area for work, a longer vacation, or relocating to Santa Fe we will rent on a three day minimum if available so please contact us if interested.

  • My mom and I stayed here in early December 2008 and were thoroughly satisfied with this cozy condo. It is very close to everything and situated in a quiet setting with easy access to downtown Santa Fe, major routes and running trails. This condo is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and fully stocked with amenities and creature comforts to make your stay as homey as possible. The owners are also very helpful, kind and accessible. We loved it and would definitely stay here on our next visit to Santa Fe, and we recommend this place to anyone looking for a similar experience.

  • I found the rental property in Santa Fe very comfortable, extremely well located,as it was walking distance to good shopping and restaurants.The condo was a ten minute drive to the center of town where all the activity takes place. It is near the main road to Taos and other historic areas.The facilities all worked well an I can honestly say that my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful month in Santa Fe.I would highly recommend this place to any future visitors.

  • I recommend this condo because it is close to downtown, it is spacious and quiet, and it has all the amenities of home (W/D, fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, a fireplace, nice bed linens and blankets, and a patio with mountain views). There are restaurants and shopping a few blocks over, and we walked to the Lodge Hotel next door for a great brunch one morning. I stayed here with three other family members and we were comfortable and happy because it felt like home. We'll be staying here on our next visit to Santa Fe.

  • Condo is nicely furnished with clean and comfortable furniture. Unit is fully furnished with all amenities such as linens, cooking utensils, iron/ironing board, dishware, small appliances, and even firewood. All you have to do is buy food. Location is excellent for people associated with NM State government, Santa Fe Opera, Santa Fe ski basin, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Owner is excellent to work with in terms of bsuiness arrangements. Owner is very very customer-focused in meeting the needs of his guests. Guest's request are addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this property and this owner for anyone considering moving to Santa Fe.

  • I would love to recommend this condo to anyone staying in Santa Fe. The location was wonderful and easy to find. The location to the plaza was also easy to navigate, both on foot or by car. The condo was very clean and efficient. We found cooking a breeze and the grocery store was less than 4 blocks away. We would love to stay again in the future.

  • I stayed in this condo last summer and I can't say enough good things about it and the owner. It's a good location for easy access to both the Santa Fe Opera and downtown and the very nearby services of a large shopping center and market. It was set up very well, easy for me to both work and relax. I love the balcony with the great view of the rising moon and morning sun, and it had all the things I sometimes don't find such as an ironing board and iron and in-apt. washer and dryer.. Parking was easy and close to my door, and even tho it was near a major street, there was never a noise problem. I recommend it highly. Oh and also, the owner was immediately available and responsive to any questions or needs that came up;. All in all, 5- stars.
