Beautiful home built in 2005 overlooking the marsh and harbor. Furnished very nice. Free long distance and internet. Not your typical rental. It is located close to pool and fitness facility and the beach.There are harbor views from the back and ocean view from top deck. Super floorplan with a comfortable family area and an upper level that doubles as a fourth bedroom or second den area. (private deck, full-bath, and large closet, as well a double bed and new pull-out sofa in this room).
Downstairs master has king bed ,guest room with queen size bed both with comfortable pillow top mattressesand vanity , 3rd bedroom with twin beds.3 full bathrooms total. Upstairs if a large 4th bedroom with full bed and a sleeper sofa. It has its own private deck and tv area. There is plenty of storage room for personal items on the ground-level. Cable TV with DVD and VCR units in all bedrooms and family room. Family room cable comes with digital HBO channels. Stereos with CD players in family room and fourth bedroom.bonus room.

My family lives in Greenville SC and we love to go to Harbor Island to get away. It is quite and relaxing.
Why the Owner Chose Harbor Island
We had looked in different coastal areas and when we found Harbor Island we knew it was the perfect place for us. It is small,quite and very relaxing. The beach is never crowded and we love the natural look of the island.
The Unique Benefits of this Custom Home
Our home is very comfortabe. When furnishing we furnished as if we were going to live there not as a typical rental property. The beds have pillow-top mattresses and TV'S in all rooms. THe sheets are high thread count, we do not use linen-service sheets. Itis truely a home away from home.
