Multiple decks, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, plush carpeting in living room, wood floors in bedrooms and loft, and modern track lighting. The main level features a wrap around deck. The living room has a 20 foot ceiling,plus carpeting a large screen tv and designer furniture. The master bedroom, master bath, loft and rooftop view deck are located on the upper level. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned which usually isn't necessary since the house is located directly in the path of the cooling trade winds. This is a non-smoking property.
