We made our special, luxury, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 2nd floor corner, slope side unit available last season and we had 95% occupancy!! This is our 3rd high end rental property and we cater to our guests needs and this is our finest vacation home yet.
Developed by East West Partners who have built the most luxurious ski Condominiums in Bachelors Gulch, and now Deer Valley set out to create an alpine lodge second to none. For close to two years they have been working on Arrowleaf Lodge and now a few fortunate guests will be able to enjoy the final product.
Located in the newest area of Upper Deer Valley, the Village at Empire Pass, Arrowleaf Lodge is a TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT property. It is located DIRECTLY on the slope of Silver Buck ski run which has its own new high speed quad chair lift just 15 seconds by skis from the unit.
Look outside the many full sized windows in this second floor unit and you will see the chair lift passing by. Walk down one flight of steps and enter the spacious ski locker room, open your private locker (which is the closest one to the sliding door to the slopes) with 4 sets of boot warmers, 2 sets of boot/glove warmers and plenty of space for skis and poles and helmets. Put on your ski boots and walk outside the unit perhaps 25 feet and you are directly on the Silver Buck Ski Run in beautiful Deer Valley. Ski down about 75 feet to Silver Strike Express High Speed Quad Chairlift and take the lift up to the top and enjoy first tracks as most people are at Snow Park the base of Deer Valley. You will feel like you are the only one on the mountain.
You will notice as you go up on the quad high speed chair lift that there are very few if any people on the slopes as most of the skiers are still down in Snow Park waiting in line to get up the mountain. This is true luxury ski living at its best.
We have added many high end amenities in this multi-million dollar property. They include TWO PRIVATE STEAM SHOWERS (the only steam shower units in the entire building!), a complete high end AV and audio sound system with IPod docking station (with a remote and wall controls that are very easy to use), speakers in every room, 42 inch LCD HD Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and 32 inch LCD HD Flat Screen TVs in every bedroom, XBOX 360 and WII VIDEO GAME CONSOLES, XBox and Wii games, large library of DVD's, oversized kitchen island with expanded pantry, stocked kitchen cabinets (spices, cooking oils, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, hot cocoa and more), large Maytag Duet side by side washer and dryer (THE ONLY SIDE BY SIDE WASHER AND DRYER UNITS IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING as all other units have stacked washer and dryer plus our unit has a counter and cabinets), new outdoor Weber BBQ grill, and beautiful artwork throughout. We will also have a wonderful bedroom called the Cowboy and Cowgirl Room which has a wonderful custom-made cherry wood BUNK BED with trundle and custom window seat/day bed. The children especially love this room yet it is also very suitable for adults to enjoy.
This unit is very FAMILY FRIENDLY (most properties in Deer Valley are not) with 2 pack n' play cribs, high chair, baby monitors, library of children's books, games, toys, dolls, puzzles, DVD library (for children and families), and NEW XBOX 360 and WII with all new games for 2008. In addition, we have wireless internet access and a new Dell laptop computer with printer,fax and copier for our guests to use (located in Master Bedroom).
Every bedroom has direct ski run views. In addition, every guest has access to Arrowleaf Lodge's Hearth Room which has a comfortable library with 2 desktop computers, a Starbucks professional grade coffee/espresso/hot cocoa/tea machine, game area, a 100 year old restored Brunswick slate pool table, oversized fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. Step outside and enjoy the firepit with comfortable seating, two outdoor spas (one with its own waterfall)
