Welcome to our 2nd luxury family friendly Deer Valley condo. Our ski-in/ski-out home offers more amenities for our guests than other comparable properties. We realize that there are many choices for lodging in Deer Valley but there are big difference between properties. Many owners bought homes with the plan of flipping them for a profit. Now many owners are forced to rent their homes. Most units offer limited amenities and with no track record it is hard to be sure you are getting what they are promising (last season there are even some owners booking their foreclosed condos). This makes it especially difficult to find the perfect place to rent.
Our philosophy from the beginning has been different. Put the guest’s needs first, offer more amenities, offer a fair rate and make our homes very family friendly. The result has been 5 seasons of over 90% occupancy (average is between 30-50%).
Arrowleaf Lodge A is a TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT property located in the Village at Empire Pass, the finest area of Upper Deer Valley. It is located DIRECTLY on the slope of Silver Buck ski run which has its own high speed quad chair lift just 15 seconds by skis from the unit.
Look outside the many full sized windows of our slopeside, 2nd floor, corner unit and you will see the chair lift passing by. Walk down one flight of steps and enter the spacious ski locker room, your private locker (our locker is the closest to the slopes) has 8 sets of boot warmers (most have only 2) and plenty of space for skis, poles and helmets. Walk 19 steps to Silver Buck Ski Run. Ski down about 100 yards to Silver Strike Express High Speed Quad Chairlift. You will notice as you go up on the chair lift that there are very few if any people on the slopes as most of the skiers are still down in Snow Park waiting in line to get up the mountain.
We have added many high end extras including: ACCESS TO U.S. SKI TEAM MEMBERS WHO SKI EXCLUSIVELY WITH OUR GUESTS, 2 PRIVATE STEAM SHOWERS (the only steam showers in the entire building!), a high end AV/sound system w/IPod docking station and Blue Ray DVD Players (easy to use remote & wall controls), built-in speakers in every room, 42 inch LCD HD Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and 32 inch LCD HD Flat Screen TVs in each bedroom, XBOX 360 & WII VIDEO GAME CONSOLES with games, extensive DVD library, expanded kitchen island, stocked kitchen cabinets (spices, olive oil, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, hot cocoa and more), large side-by-side Maytag Duet washer/dryer w/counter space and cabinets (EVERY OTHER UNIT HAS STACKED UNITS), and Weber BBQ grill. We have wireless internet access and a laptop computer with multi-purpose printer.
Enjoy the bedroom called the Cowboy/Cowgirl Room with its custom-made cherry wood BUNK BED and trundle and custom window seat/day bed. The children will especially enjoy this room yet it is also comfortable for adults. Our home is VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY (most properties are not) with 3 pack n' play cribs, high chair, baby monitors, library of children books/DVD's/games, toys, dolls, puzzles & more. Every bedroom has direct ski run views. One flight down in Arrowleaf A (not B) is the Hearth Room, which offers a beautiful pool table, large fireplace with comfortable seating, 2 desktop computers, a Starbucks professional grade coffee/espresso/hot cocoa/tea machine. Right outside you can enjoy the outdoor firepit and 2 spas (one with its own waterfall).
All of our guests have access to the convenient complimentary Dial-A-Ride Mercedes shuttle service - that can shuttle you around Park City.

Why the Owner Chose Empire Pass, Arrowleaf
We purchased what we feel is the perfect ski property. You can not get more convenient than our second floor, slopeside corner unit. In the morning the chair lift starts at 8:30 and you walk down one flight of steps or take the elevator to the ski locker room. Our ski locker is the closest to the slopes, only 19 steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run. Ski down about 100 yards and get ready for first track skiing. You will feel like you and your family own the mountain as most people are still at the bottom of the mountain (Snow Park) trying to get up the mountain. What a treat. This is luxury skiing at it's best. After the slopes close and others are struggling with carrying their skis to their cars in the large parking lot in Lower Deer Valley you and your family can enjoy the mountain which is transformed into a snow lovers paradise - sledding, making snowmen, building a fort, meeting neighbors while enjoying a glass of wine or hot chocolate. You can also enjoy the two outdoor hot tubs right outside our property. Want apre skiing we can arrange for access for our guests to enjoy the beautiful luxury Tower Club directly across the slopes from our property.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Staying in our true ski-in/ski-out condo is luxury skiing at it's best. You are literally 19 steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run which has it's own high speed quad chair lift (100 yards from our condo). After the slopes close enjoy sledding and meeting other families that are staying right on the mountain in the Village at Empire Pass. If you want to go to the many wonderful nearby Park City restaurants or its unique shops or even a trip to the supermarket call the free Dial A Ride shuttle service that is available for guests and owners and within minutes a custom Mercedes Van will show up to take you and up to 12 friends and family to your destination.
Our home is on the second floor, slopeside corner unit with incredible views of the mountain and beyond. You also have access to the luxury member only Tower Club which is directly across the slope from our unit. Here you can start the day with a breakfast buffet, have lunch, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire, swim in the outdoor heated pool, enjoy the outdoor hot tub, work out in the luxury fitness room, take a steam shower or hot tub, have your children enjoy the Wildstar Room, and more. All available at a nominal fee per day.
We offer discounted lift tickets for our guests and also access to ski with one of the worlds best skiers who is currently on the U.S. Olympic Ski team (based on availability). He just spent the entire week with our family during our visit to Deer Valley and it was an incredible experience. We are all better skiers as a result and it made skiing so much more fun to ski with one of the worlds best skiers.

We decided to buy this special property because of it's incredible location and high end amenities. It is our second Deer Valley property (we also own a town home in the Silver Lake Area of Deer Valley - listing #55322) and an incredible place to stay and enjoy the Deer Valley mountain. It caters to a high end clientele that want only the best. Once you stay here you may not ever want to stay anywhere else.

My family and I stayed in the Herrings aparment the first week of January 2010. We were a party of 9 people (5 adults and 4 children). The apartment was perfect for us, there was more than enough space. The property was in perfect condition, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities you can expect in a luxury residence. The thing that we liked the most about the apartment was its location. If you go to Deer Valley to ski, there is not better place to stay than Empire Pass and in Empire Pass this apartment has the perfect location.

We offer more amenities than other properties in the same complex and area such as 2 steam showers (the only ones in complex), side by side washer dryer (the only ones in complex), whole unit professional sound system, XBox 360 and Nintendo Wii, expanded kitchen island with extra storage, stocked kitchen cabinets, toys, games, books, pack n' play cribs, and even a bowl filled with candy for our guests). We also offer discounted Deer Valley ski tickets, access to a U.S. Ski Team member, and we specialize in having many extras for families with children. Plus with our apartment being on the second floor, with a downhill, slopeside, corner position the location of our unit is ideal. What a treat to own this beautiful property and being able to share it with other families.

My family of 5 have stayed 3 years in a row in this wonderful condo and have loved every minute. It is perfectly appointed and provisioned with all the basic necessities including spices, oils and other supplies. Videos for the kids, toys and games make our children feel right at home. The unit is a spectacular as the pictures. In addition, the owners go far beyond the highest standards to assist in making every aspect a breeze. We love Park City in the summer and hope to continue our tradition for many more years. Thanks again for such a great experience.

We were thrilled with the condo at Deer Valley. There was not one item or convenience missing to create the perfect vacation experience. Games, COFFEE, big TV's, steam showers,books, outside deck, you name it and they had it. I especially liked the kitchen with it's professional stove and huge fridge. I love to cook so it was great fun to have such wonderful tools at my disposal. And there was a cookbook on a stand to make it even easier. What could be better? The area allowed us to indulge in golf and horseback riding and hot air balloning. Anything you wanted was either in the condo or the area. We highly reccomend this place to anyone wanting a perfect vacation!!! Thank you Martin for providing such a wonderful place.

My wife and I stayed at this Condo in September and we are delighted to say we had an awesome time. The ammenities were fantastic. The management has left no stone unturned. Everything you could possibly want is included, such as TV, DVD, Video Games, personal laundry facilities, complete kitchen and get this, a private sauna in your room. Whirlpool and swimming within a short walk. The view is incredible. Local things to do all the time. Take my advice and do the Hot air balloon ride. We travel a lot and stay at 5 Star hotels. Owner response:We try to think of everything that our guest would possibly want. And if there is something we do not have ask us and we are typically able to add new amenities. One note, we have two private Steam Showers not a private sauna (no other units in the entire building have steam showers). We also have a Whirlpool jacuzzi and access to three amazing outdoor hot tubs directly slope side.

My family and I stayed at this property over the President's Day holiday in 2010. We love it - it is very conveniently located near a lift in the mid-mountain section so the first run of the day is usually like having your own private ski slope. We had 6 people staying at the condo and it was very comfortable. The bath rooms are well-appointed, the beds are quite comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the Xbox. The kitchen was nice as well. I would highly recommend this place and I consider mytself a fairly discerning traveler. Everything looked as it is shown in the photographs, which I also appreciated.
Owner response:Our guests are usually very excited when they stay in our condo as it is directly on the Silver Buck ski trail and only 100 yards from the Silver Lake Express high speed quad chairlift. While others in Snow Park (lower Deer Valley) are looking for a parking spot or are standing in the long line to buy their lift passes, or are waiting amongst the crowds to get on the chairlift up the mountain our guests are already on the slopes enjoying the fantastic skiing. Deer Valley has for 4 years in a row been voted the top ski resort in the country so skiing the slopes will be a treat for everyone. In deciding between lodging in Upper Deer Valley or lower Deer Valley the difference is similar to choosing between flying first class or on a private jet. Both are nice but Upper Deer Valley is superior due to the many conveniences to getting on the slope (for us 19 steps from our private ski locker). Hope you too can enjoy our wonderful ski property and its outstanding location and amenities.

If you have not been to Park City/Deer Valley in the Summer don't miss the opportunity. We, our family, made our home base on Empire Pass Arrowleaf. Our condo was the perfect location with all the comforts of home. Everyday another adventure, hiking, bike riding or just lying by the pool. The weather was great with plenty of sunshine and cool nights along with concerts and good food. So remember summer in Park City is a special place.
Owner response:We agree with our guests - Park City winters are wonderful and the summers are spectacular. This summer while much of the country has been experiencing record breaking heat Park City has been averaging 70's during the day and 50's at night. If you have never experienced summer or fall in the mountains of Park City we encourage you to give it a try. Call us today for available dates.

Living in Ohio, we found ourselves planning a last minute trip to attend a funeral. We decided to make a week of it to be able to spend time with my husband's extended family, and were fortunate enough to have found this place. The owners thought of everything, and put top-of-line everything in this home. The kitchen was well equipped, stocked with every spice, and kitchen gadget imaginable. The Wolf stove was quite a treat, and we also made use of the gas grill. No running out of propane for the grill, they have a main line to it! Our son loved playing with the toys provided, and we certainly noticed that they are well eqipped for infants as well. The beds were of exceptional quality, and quite comfortable. Laundry was an ease, and they even provided the detergent. Not a single detail was missed! We enjoyed the continental breakfast at Talisker Tower Club. Christian made us feel quite welcome, and the service was exceptional and unpretentious.I cannot comment about the skiing as it was summer during our visit. I will say, however, that this is a true ski-in ski-out condo, and I imagine the winters are amazing. Martin was a pleasure to deal with. He made us feel at ease, and worked out a deal for us last minute that was too good to turn down. We hope to find ourselves at Arrowleaf again, as I'm afraid no future lodging will be able to measure up to our stay here. We did not want to come home!
Owner response:We recognize that there are many choices for lodging in Deer Valley and we have tried to think of everything our guests and future guests may need. If we do not have something that a guest wants we always do our best to make sure to have it there. Our property is available at a fair rate with many more extras than other places. We have also set our ski home to be very family friendly as well as high end. For the children there are many toys, games, dolls, cars, Nintendo Wii and XBox 360, many DVD's and books. For adults we have wireless internet access (a laptop computer and printer/fax/copier/scanner), IPOP docking station, many DVD's, 2 Steam Showers (the only Steam Showers in the entire building), side-by-side washer/dryer (all other units in building are stacked with no counter or cabinets), books, a well stocked kitchen and more. We also offer our guests discount ski lift tickets, access to U.S. Ski Team members, as well as access to the luxury Tower Club which is directly across the slope (enjoy a wonderful continental breakfast, a memorable lunch or apres-ski, a workout, spa, an outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub). We invite all readers to call us to see why our home is typically booked for 90-95% of available ski dates each ski season (compared to others that on average are booked about 40% of available dates). We offer more than others and will do all we can to make our guests happy and to have the best ski vacation (or summer vacation) ever.

We have always stayed at The Stein Erikson Hotel in DV, and decided to try something new this year. We were SO HAPPY that we did!!!! What a fabulous condo & location! We LOVED it! We had 4 adults and 6 kids, and never felt cramped at all. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who is used to staying in 5-star hotels, but always chokes at the bill in the end! We will be back next year!
Owner response:We don't have a huge advertising budget and hundreds of rooms to fill like other larger properties and property management companies. So we can invest more in each of our two Deer Valley ski properties and make them stand out from all the rest. You will also get more personal service and more amenities than other comparable properties at a fair rate. Our goal is happy guests. We will never take our guests for granted.

The Hering's condo is AMAZING! We felt like rock stars. We had 4 adults and five kids and it was the perfect size. We would strongly recommend it to anyone that wants to do Deer Valley in style.

Recently we stay in Deer Valley for a week. We would describe this particular condominium as one of the most beautiful homes we have ever been to. Not only was the location beautiful with the mountains, trails, horseback riding and swimming, but this home had everything you would need for your stay. The owners have thought ahead and planned for their guests needs. Especially those with young children. Toys, videos, Wii, Xbox, strollers and just about any basic necessity that came to mind. It was a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the Utah mountains and Park City.
