Welcome to our newest luxury family friendly condo in Deer Valley. This ski-in/ski-out home is owned by two families and we have designed it to offer more amenities for our guests than other comparable properties. We realize that there are hundreds of choices for lodging in Deer Valley and there is a big difference between properties. Many owners purchased homes with the plan of reselling them. With the real estate market being challenged many owners have been forced to rent their homes. Most do not offer the amenities that guests really want. This makes it especially difficult to find the perfect place to rent.
Our philosophy from the beginning has been different. Put the guests needs first, offer more amenities, offer a fair rate and make our home very family friendly. The result has been two seasons of 95% occupancy. This is unheard of in Deer Valley as most properties are booked for 30-50% of the season. Their philosophy is put up with guests and market by price. So you may save a few hundred dollars but you end up potentially losing tens of thousands of dollars in added amenities.
We made our special, luxury, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 2nd floor corner, slope side unit available in 2007 and have had two seasons with 95% occupancy!! This is our 3rd high end rental property and we cater to our guests needs and this is our finest vacation home yet.
Located in the newest area of Upper Deer Valley, the Village at Empire Pass, Arrowleaf Lodge is a TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT property. It is located DIRECTLY on the slope of Silver Buck ski run which has its own new high speed quad chair lift just 15 seconds by skis from the unit.
Look outside the many full sized windows in this second floor unit and you will see the chair lift passing by. Walk down one flight of steps and enter the spacious ski locker room, open your private locker (which is the closest one to the sliding door to the slopes) with 4 sets of boot warmers, 4 sets of boot/glove warmers and plenty of space for skis and poles and helmets. Put on your ski boots and walk 19 steps to Silver Buck Ski Run. Ski down about 100 feet to Silver Strike Express High Speed Quad Chairlift. You will notice as you go up on the quad high speed chair lift that there are very few if any people on the slopes as most of the skiers are still down in Snow Park waiting in line to get up the mountain. This is true luxury ski living at its best.
We have added many high end amenities in this multi-million dollar property. They include TWO PRIVATE STEAM SHOWERS (the only steam showers in the entire building!), a high end AV and audio sound system with IPod docking station (with a remote and wall controls that are very easy to use), speakers in every room, 42 inch LCD HD Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and 32 inch LCD HD Flat Screen TVs in every bedroom, XBOX 360 and WII VIDEO GAME CONSOLES, with games, large library of DVD's, oversized kitchen island with expanded pantry, stocked kitchen cabinets (spices, cooking oils, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, hot cocoa and more), large Maytag Duet side by side washer and dryer (THE ONLY SIDE BY SIDE WASHER AND DRYER UNITS IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING as all other units have stacked washer and dryer plus our unit has a counter and cabinets), new outdoor Weber BBQ grill, and beautiful artwork throughout. We have wireless internet access and a new Dell laptop computer with printer,fax and copier for our guests.
We also have a wonderful bedroom called the Cowboy and Cowgirl Room which has a wonderful custom-made cherry wood BUNK BED with trundle and custom window seat/day bed. The children especially love this room yet it is also very suitable for adults to enjoy. This unit is very FAMILY FRIENDLY (most properties are not) with 2 pack n' play cribs, high chair, baby monitors, library of children books, games, toys, dolls, puzzles, DVD library for children and families.
Every bedroom has direct ski run views. In addition, every guest has access to Arrowleaf Lodge's Hearth Room which has a comfortable library with 2 desktop computers, a Starbucks professional grade coffee/espresso/hot cocoa/tea machine, game area, a 100 year old restored Brunswick slate pool table, over-sized fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. Step outside and enjoy the firepit with comfortable seating, two outdoor spas (one with its own waterfall).

Why the Owner Chose Empire Pass, Arrowleaf Lodges
We purchased what we feel is the perfect ski property. You can not get more convenient than our second floor, slopeside corner unit. In the morning the chair lift starts at 8:30 and you walk down one flight of steps or take the elevator to the ski locker room. Our ski locker is the closest to the slopes, only 19 steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run. Ski down about 100 yards and get ready for first track skiing. You will feel like you and your family own the mountain as most people are still at the bottom of the mountain (Snow Park) trying to get up the mountain. What a treat. This is luxury skiing at it's best. After the slopes close and others are struggling with carrying their skis to their cars in the large parking lot in Lower Deer Valley you and your family can enjoy the mountain which is transformed into a snow lovers paradise - sledding, making snowmen, building a fort, meeting neighbors while enjoying a glass of wine or hot chocolate. You can also enjoy the two outdoor hot tubs right outside our property. Want apre skiing we can arrange for access for our guests to enjoy the beautiful luxury Tower Club directly across the slopes from our property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Staying in our true ski-in/ski-out condo is luxury skiing at it's best. You are literally 19 steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run which has it's own high speed quad chair lift (100 yards from our condo). After the slopes close enjoy sledding and meeting other families that are staying right on the mountain in the Village at Empire Pass. If you want to go to the many wonderful nearby Park City restaurants or its unique shops or even a trip to the supermarket call the free Dial A Ride shuttle service that is available for guests and owners and within minutes a custom Mercedes Van will show up to take you and up to 12 friends and family to your destination.
Our home is on the second floor, slopeside corner unit with incredible views of the mountain and beyond. You also have access to the luxury member only Tower Club which is directly across the slope from our unit. Here you can start the day with a breakfast buffet, have lunch, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire, swim in the outdoor heated pool, enjoy the outdoor hot tub, work out in the luxury fitness room, take a steam shower or hot tub, have your children enjoy the Wildstar Room, and more. All available at a nominal fee per day.
We offer discounted lift tickets for our guests and also access to ski with one of the worlds best skiers who is currently on the U.S. Olympic Ski team (based on availability). He just spent the entire week with our family during our visit to Deer Valley and it was an incredible experience. We are all better skiers as a result and it made skiing so much more fun to ski with one of the worlds best skiers.

It is our second Deer Valley property and an incredible place to stay and enjoy the Deer Valley mountain. It caters to a high end clientele that want only the best. Once you stay here you may not ever want to stay anywhere else.
