Located in the historic district on Third Avenue, this beautifully furnished condominium is decorated in the traditional Arts and Crafts style to add to your comfort.
Centrally located, you can walk to the movies, dine out at great restaurants, take the trolley through Durango, bike the numerous bike trails throughout town and shop till you drop. Or, if you like, you may take the historic train, located several blocks from the condo,from Durango to Silverton and back.
Not far away is Durango's Recreational Center with exceptional workout equipment and several indoor and lap pools both for children and adults. In addition, you can ski Durango Mountain, raft or kayak the Animas River, or take a horse drawn sleigh ride through the country side. There is never a lack of things to do in Durango!
The kitchen is designed for the gourmet cook in mind and is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and all appliances necessary for dining in. A full-size washer and dryer are located near the kitchen and are provided for your convenience. The dining and living room areas are tastefully decorated complete with a dining table and chairs to seat six. The guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed is equipped with new furniture as well in the arts and crafts style and a second bathroom is located just a few steps away in the hallway. Both bedrooms provide plenty of closet space and extra linens.
The fireplace is tastefully located between the dining and living areas giving the room a warm and cozy feel. The entertainment center includes a large screen TV, DVD player, cable TV and DSL and Wireless connection. The living room and dining areas open onto a beautiful deck with barbecue and seating for six which overlooks historic Third Avenue. Also in the living area is a queen sofa sleeper with an excellent mattress for additional sleeping space.
This second-story condominium offers private, gated underground parking, with elevator access to the front door.
