Very late check in time at 5pm, but we were let in early at 3, so that worked out well. The place is as pictured and very neat and clean, though it's a bit dark from lack of natural light and the outdoor space faces the condo next door...kind of strange. Everything functioned very well, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the location is ideal. We walked to town every night for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous condo with great location close to main street and Starbucks! The condo was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and comfortable for 5 members our family attending our daughters wedding. The beautiful décor and quality of the unit surpassed our expectations and the owners/property managers were extremely helpful in letting us extend our check out time due to airline changes. We would definitely rent this unit again when we visit our daughter and new son in law. .

The property was everything we anticipated and more! Everyone was wonderful to deal with in terms of arrangements. The "check in" was flawless and easy! The place is large, comfortable, very nicely furnished, quiet, well laid-out. The kitchen is well equipped too. The location is just about perfect! Only a 3 minute walk to downtown, the train station, Steamworks Brewery, Gazpacho Restaurant and a liquor store. The grocery store is only about a 3 minute drive. The only thing missing was some sort of spectacular mountain view, but to be honest, even the view from the deck was fine....it looked out over a peaceful avenue with lots of trees and not a lot of traffic. We loved Durango and if we ever have a chance to return (hopefully next year) we will try to stay in this property again!

We Loved It!

This is a beautiful, well decorated and clean condo. It has a beautiful kitchen that opens to a large dining/livng area. The bedrooms are very nice and plenty of room. The bathrooms are so very nice as well. The place was really clean and we totally enjoyed every minute we were there. We especially liked the location because it is close enough to be able to walk into town for dinner or just to walk around town. Another nice feature is the covered parking and the elevator. I hope to stay here again in future visits!

This is our family's favorite place to stay in Durango! We have stayed at other places in the past but this will be our choice from now on because you cannot beat the location. In a very short walk you can be at anything that downtown Durango has to offer. Great restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the Durango-Silverton Narrowgage Railroad are all within a 5 minute walk. The condo itself it wonderful, it has all of the comforts of home plus so much more. I love sipping coffee out on the deck on a summer morning or cuddling up by the fire after a day on the slopes in the winter. Overall I rate it an A+. Sean

We loved the condo. It was spacious, quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was updated and well-appointed. Also, it has large bathrooms and comfy beds. Parking was secure and easy. The location is great; an easy walk into old downtown Durango. We can highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable Durango experience.

Dick and I want to tell you how very much we enjoyed our stay in your lovely vacation home in Durango. We've stayed at many timeshares around the country, from bare bones to very nice, but we had never stayed in such an elegant and beautifully appointed place. It was a major birthday for me and I will always remember celebrating that milestone in that special setting. Thank you for making it all possible.

The condo was perfect, well equipped for cooking, beautifully decorated, and great location. The only inconvenience we ran across was the management company didn't gives us the right garage code and it took awhile to get ahold of someone. They also never mentioned that the garage was not open parking. So we had a very irrate tenant inform us that we parked in his spot. They did not seem overly concerned or apologetic for their error in communication.

About: We live in Albuquerque but love to travel and Durango is so close and beautiful! We especially love it for all the outdoors activities we can do here: fishing, hiking, river walk, rafting/inter-tubing, skiing/snowboarding, golf and of course shopping!
Why 3rd Avenue Condos:
We bought this place because we LOVE Durango, have been coming here for years and can't wait to live here full time. For now we have a place to come that has many wonderful features we were looking for. It's right downtown, yet really quiet. It's a 3.5 hour drive from Albuquerque, which means we can come on the weekend no problem.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Location! Walk to downtown restaurants and attactions, easy drive to ski hill (DMR) covered/underground parking garage for protection in the winter, and fully furnished down to every creature comfort! We love sitting in the sun with our coffee out on the deck in the morning.
