Resort shopping and restaurants are just outside your condo. Take the adjacent free shuttle or walk to the Historic Main Street area of this authentic mining town (approximately 6 blocks), or catch the free shuttle for a day at the other nearby resorts -Deer Valley, The Canyons, or Olympic Park.
Your large and bright Master bedroom (with 2 windows) has a King bed, TV, private steam shower, private safe, and balcony which looks out on Rossi Hill and the plaza. The 2nd bedroom also features 2 windows with views of the mountains and plaza, 2 Queen beds, TV, and full bath. A washer and dryer are right in the unit, and all linens and towels are furnished. My family of 4 has stayed at this condo for 2 years!! We love it and will stay here every time we return to Park City. This unit is only 100 yards to the lifts which makes it very convenient and quick to get home if small/young children get tired. We love that we have the option of walking to one of the restaurants at the base (again only 100 yards) or taking the public transit system into town. Actually the weather was so nice we were able to walk downtown to dinner two nights. This is a great place to stay and the owners are fantastic to work with. They send me tons of information regarding lift tickets, airport transportation etc. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Park City!

The quick answer is that I would definitely recommend this place. Perfect location at PCMR. It was so nice to be able to drop off your snowboard and change into normal shoes for après activities. Also such a luxury to be able to wake up, throw on your gear and walk up in time for first lift. The actual condo was as advertised. Clean, spacious and well laid out. Slept (7) of us no problem. It came equipped with everything we needed. I liked that we were super close to a lot of restaurant/bars. Did carry out from one place one night, had Mexican another and had drinks at several other locations. All within a few feet from your door. Other bonus is the shopping. I'm always looking for some new gear/clothes when I travel and had many choices of shops in the plaza. Of course we still went to Main street to hang out and the liquor/grocery stores for supplies. Park City in general is easy to get around. Their bus transit system is simple and effective. Hope you are lucky enough to rent this place.

We had a awesome time at your condo in Park City, Utah. Great location & we loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the beds and couches we very comfortable. Ken and I would sit out on the balcony at night and unwind from the day which was very enjoyable. We originaaly came to Park City becuase our son needed to take a scuba diving certification class at the Homestead Resort in Midway. Very nice Resort by the way and FYI "the crater" is open to the public for swimming which was equally enjoyable. In Heber City, we went to a great Mexican Restaurant called Tarahumara which has several gluten free items on the menu and everything was delicious (I'm gluten intolerant so I have to be careful where I eat). We also went to High West Distillery in Park City and took the tour. Food, Whiskey and Service was exceptional. The trolleys we a plus we did not expect. Once we got to the condo the only place we drove was to Heber City and Midway and it was nice to be shuttled around and not have to worry about parking. Lastly, we also went to the Park City Museum which was very informative. Thanks Again, The DeGraaf Family

Silver Mill property was extremely clean,well equipped,comfortable and well located as described and expected . A few noise disturbances from the heating operation during the night and some inconsiderate upstairs guests were the only negatives amongst a wealth of positives.Many thanks to the the landlord and the Resort Plaza team for their contribution to a great vacation....and we had lots of snow so all good. Cheers.

Our family of 5 stayed in the 2 bedroom Silvermill House condo and it exceeded our expectations! I felt as though we were staying at a friends residence. It was very clean, up to date with beautiful granite in the kitchen and baths. I think the condo looked better in person than in the photos but the photos are accurate as well as the description. The condo was literally a few hundred yards to the PayDay lift and ski school. Another nice feature of the condo unit is that it is a locked unit. There is a keypad entry only for those staying in Silvermill House. The extra security is a nice feature. Also, the owner provided a lot of helpful info prior to the trip about the Park City area and her tips helped us save on ski rental. We enjoyed the pizza at the locally owned Davanza's on Park Ave. and the burgers were great at Flanagan's on Main Street. I highly recommed taking the free shuttle bus to the local grocery, A Fresh Market, to buy groceries. The small grocery at the Mountain Resort is pricey. We also recommend taking your children tubing at Gorgoza Park. The office staff for the condo unit will gladly call a taxi to take you there. We made wonderful memories on this trip and I feel sure we will stay here again! It was an Awesome investment for us!

This property is a very convenient location within walking distance to Old Town and is a few short steps to skiing. The hallway outside the condo door should be better lit; it was very dark. We had to replace the battery in the carbon monoxide detector as it was beeping.

Owner response: So sorry to hear that you had those 2 issues occur during your stay. Usually our maintenance people are very good about getting batteries and light bulbs replaced on a timely basis. We did discover that one of the light bulbs in the hallway was burned out and they did not catch it until after you departed. In the future, if you stay with us again, please don't hesitate to call our management company's phone number, which we provide to all guests in our email prior to arrival and is listed on the check-in packet, if any issue arises during your stay. We pay the management company to be of service to our guests, and they would have taken care of those 2 issues for you promptly. Of course, you may also call us anytime with any problems or concerns. Again, we apologize. That is not typical of our guests' experiences. We normally get very good reviews for our maintenance and the condition of our condos. Thank you for letting us know.

This condo is exactly as the owners describe. Go out the back door and you have the Payday lift just across the plaza, the Corner Store for a great breakfast next door, and Legends for lunch or dinner right in front of you. Out the front door is Baja Cantina for a fantastic lunch or dinner. And the shuttle bus stop for Main Street or Deer Valley is down one level. We never used our car. The condo is spanking clean. All amenities you need, super-comfortable beds and nice hot showers. The 2 queen beds in the second bedroom give you plenty of room for up to 4 kids. Our only child had his own apartment, and didnt want to leave. Perfect!

I second the reviews below. This is a perfect condo for families to enjoy Park City and all of its activities. Perfect location for skiing, and it is stocked with everything you could need, including a wonderful mud room to store your skiis/snowboards and other outdoor equipment. And the owners go out of their way to provide helpful information for your trip. I can't imagine staying anywhere else for a ski vacation.

We arrived from the UK in this lovely Condo in february 2012. The location was perfect, a few steps from the slopes and close to shop, bars and restaurants. There is a free shuttle which runs to downtown Park City until 2am. The Condo was clean and cosy and was everything we hoped for and more. arraging the Condo through Belinda was easy and she was great providing us with addtiotinal information about the skiing in Park City. We had a fanatstic holiday and are hoping to return next year.
