Our family, Tudor home is perfect for family gatherings in the Heart of the Black Hills. Snowmobile, bike, or hike on the Mickleson Trail through the hills with a trailhead half mile away. Downhill and cross country skiing are only a ten minute drive.
Relax in three living areas, including a large pine paneled living room with a fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with five showerheads. The upper level also includes a bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a twin bed. A large bathroom and family room with a daybed and trundle complete the area. Sleep in an antique burled oak double bed with a private bathroom on the lower level. The library has a sofa sleeper and half bath attached. The modern kitchen includes a Jenn-Aire grill. In addition to three attached garage stalls, approximately one-quarter acre of parking for small trailers or vehicles is available in the back.
Two golf courses are a ten mile drive. A scenic drive through Spearfish Canyon also provides great fly-fishing. Quiet mountain lakes with beaches for sunning, swimming, and fishing are only 20 minutes away. Pactola Reservoir is fun for boating and skiing. The YMCA is a block away and the grocery and discount stores are within walking distance. Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Mountain, Custer State Park, Badlands, and Devil's Tower are just a daytrip from home.
