These townhomes are right on Park Avenue at the very start of Old Town. There are free bus stops right in front of the townhomes, but you won't need them if you want to ski at Park City. You can walk to 4 Park City lifts. There is only one building between us and Park City Resort. If you want to ski the Canyons or Deer Valley, we are on the free bus route with the most frequent stops. There couldn't be a better location for everything Park City and the surrounding area have to offer.
Each unit also has 2 underground heated parking spots allotted to them. The kitchens are all completely furnished and all appliances were replaced this year with high-end Whirlpool appliances.
Each unit has 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor, and 3 to 5 beds in each loft. The lofts are 'Huge' and not converted attics. Unlike most lofts in Park City, these lofts are full height and comfortable. |
