Enjoy a game of cards, board games, or a puzzle on the enclosed porch facing the lake. (Games, puzzles, books, magazines, cards, etc. are available.) If it's a bit cooler, enjoy a fire in the stone fireplace and watch Dish Network or one of the many family DVD or VCR movies that we have in our collection. The pantry is large, so bring lots of food and enjoy some home-made meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or grill up some burgers on the gas grill on the deck outside. The unfinished basement has lots of room for kids on rainy days. Although unfinished, we have made it as cozy as possible with carpets, a couch and chair, bright lighting, ping-pong table, darts, and Dish Network TV.
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and it's own bath. Two additional bedrooms share a bath: One has a Queen bed and a single bed, and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with 1 full bed on the bottom, and another single bed. All have plenty of dresser and closet space so you don't need to live out of a suitcase.
The slightly sloping stoney path leads you down to a covered single-slip dock with a swim platform, electricity, and plenty of lighting. There's even a slide for the kids. The dock has a swing, as well as plenty of other deck furniture, so sit back and enjoy the view. We are close to Harbor Light Marina, Jolin's Fish House, Tugaloo State Park, and T-60 Grill. |
