Situated on a high dune in a small 9 unit complex overlooking the white sand beaches, this ground floor unit has no steps between parking or the outside patio making it perfect for families with small children or older couples. The property is beautifully maintained with palm trees and a grass lawn fronting the dunes. A private sunset deck overlooks the beach; the boardwalk steps take you right to the beach.
The 1150 sq. ft. unit includes all the conveniences of home, including full kitchen, flat screen televisions and DVD's, stereo, and washer/dryer. Master bedroom has queen bed and private bath. Second bedroom has queen bed and queen futon sofa bed. Living area has a full pull-out sofa bed. A full length sliding glass door opens to the patio and lawn. Beach chairs, umbrellas, crabbing nets, and toys are available in the outside closet.
Within minutes are the wonderful restaurants and activities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Seagrove, Seaside and Grayton. Bring your bikes, or have them delivered right to your door. The 30A bike trail runs right in front of the complex. Less than one mile bike ride to Rosemary. Panama City and Destin are within a 30 minute drive.
