This home is recognized as one of the premier historic homes in Park City's National Historic District. Built in 1901 by the local newspaper, The Park Record, publisher Sam Raddon, this 100 year-old home has been completely renovated to take advantage of its stunning original design. It received the Park City Historical Society Preservation award in 2002.

With the living area and kitchen relocated to the 2nd floor to take advantage of the views, the time you spend indoors may be just as good as time spent outdoors. After a long day of recreation, shopping and eating, guests will relax in a 7-person hot tub and then rest easy on cozy sofas by the custom stone fireplace. Choose from 4 bedrooms for your night's slumber. With 4 full bathrooms, there is never a shortage of privacy. The master bedroom includes a connected master bathroom with a double shower and large jetted tub.
