This beautiful NEW beachfront condominium is a secure/gated complex, was built in 2004 and with only 15 units it is never crowded. This is the most luxurious Condo at the Dunes Club and on beautiful Cape San Blas - featuring numerous upgrades including granite countertops, travertine marble floors, special lighting and travertine marble showers, one that includes body sprays.
You'll be swept away with the breezy West Indies furnishing throughout, including Casa Blanca style ceiling fans and palm tree accents. The living area has a soft oversized sleeper sofa, DSL, Cable TV, VCR/DVD stereo with CD player and sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck overlooking the pool, sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. A wonderfully large well stocked kitchen featuring a granite wrap around counter that seats six - perfect for casual dining and entertaining.
The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, cable TV, VCR/DVD with sliding glass doors that lead to the deck overlooking the Gulf. It also has it's own private bathroom with walk-in, travertine marble shower with body sprays. The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV and an adjoining bathroom featuring a travertine tub/shower. The third bedroom is delightfully decorated in a nautical theme with bunk beds and cable TV and VCR.
The large covered deck overlooks the beach and pool with a table for six, loungers for relaxing and ceiling fans to cool those warm summer days.

Why the Owner Chose Dunes Club
Cape San Blas reminded us of Old Florida. Wide sandy beaches - quiet and uncrowded, a great place for families or honeymooners. We fell in love with our unit on first site. My favorite pass time is late mornings in bed with a good book watching the blue waters of the Gulf and listening to the waves. Our beachfront condo is a little slice of heaven.

My family (including 2 dogs) enjoyed our week at the condo. The condo was furnished very nicely. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. The pool was warm and the kids really enjoyed it. We will definately come back!

The condo was great! The kitchen was well equipped, and the grill looked brand new. Everything in the condo was clean, and we could tell you take pride and add a personal touch to make it even more confortable. The decor was pretty, and the balcony was large and roomy. Our stay in your lovely Condo was fabulous. It is well equipped, roomy and beautiful. The front balcony is great, with a wonderful view and alot of delightful sunshine. Even on the cooler days you are comfortable on the balcony. We even had the pleasure to see two deer run across the dunes and jump over the boardwalk. Loved having the grill on the balcony. Very pretty and comfortable, would be happy to spend alot of time there.

The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was excellent. The master bath shower spa was a perfect way to end a day on the beach. We enjoyed the very large porch. The positive attributes of this home go on and on. If you are looking for a great oceanfront home, look no further. We can't wait until next summer! Our family visited the Boyd Villa at Big Canoe July/2008. The house was beautiful with wonderful views. The house was perfect for our family. The golf course was great. The rock slide at the pool and fitness center was exceptional. Everyone enjoyed the hiking as there were different levels ranging from easy to hard. We enjoyed your beautiful and comfortable home. We so enjoyed our time in your lovely condo on Cape San Blas. We had everything we needed to relax & play. We found your kitchen very accommodating and the Master shower was a treat. The beach was a paradise. How wonderful to have the beach mostly to ourselves. We didn't mind the dolphins joined us. Great view and we'd recommend the Loggerhead Grill for Pizza. Thanks for sharing your peace of paradise.
