Dunes Club - New Luxury Beachfront Condos with pool and tennis - Cape San Blas, Florida Vacation Rental This beautiful NEW beachfront condominium is a secure/gated complex, was built in 2004 and with only 15 units it is never crowded. This is the most luxurious Condo at the Dunes Club and on beautiful Cape San Blas - featuring numerous upgrades including granite countertops, travertine marble floors, special lighting and travertine marble showers, one that includes body sprays. You'll be swept away with the breezy West Indies furnishing throughout, including Casa Blanca style ceiling fans and palm tree accents. The living area has a soft oversized sleeper sofa, DSL, Cable TV, VCR/DVD stereo with CD player and sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck overlooking the pool, sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. A wonderfully large well stocked kitchen featuring a granite wrap around counter that seats six - perfect for casual dining and entertaining. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, cable TV, VCR/DVD with sliding glass doors that lead to the deck overlooking the Gulf. It also has it's own private bathroom with walk-in, travertine marble shower with body sprays. The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV and an adjoining bathroom featuring a travertine tub/shower. The third bedroom is delightfully decorated in a nautical theme with bunk beds and cable TV and VCR. The large covered deck overlooks the beach and pool with a table for six, loungers for relaxing and ceiling fans to cool those warm summer days.
