This is a great home! Value priced and everything is perfect, location, all one story, fun! Tastefully decorated and homey! Come into your "home away from home" and enjoy luxury! Relax in front of the fireplace or even open the sleeper sofa and get a good movie!
If outdoors is more relaxing go for a walk in the nice safe quiet Green Valley neighborhood or get in the large solor heated pool, swim some laps and then soak in the Hot tub on the covered patio. If you have a competitive flair, get into pool volleyball, then finish off in the house with a game of Pool or play UNO or Sorry in the gameroom.
Sleeps up to 10 adults, Master with a King size bed and a rollaway in the large closet, 2nd Bedroom with a daybed and trundle and single bed, 3rd bedroom has full size bed and Sleeper sofa with a full, comfy mattress. Crib and Highchair available upon request with booking at no extra charge. Home is not appropriate for large,roudy, noisy parties. Limit of no more than 20 persons in the home at any time without prior approval. If violated additinal charges may be incurred or you may be asked to leave without a refund.
