"Bit of Heaven" is just that! It’s our home away from home and a wonderful vacation get-away for you. Emerald Waters is a luxurious 36 Unit condominium, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, on Old Highway 98. Four million dollar homes surround you, which makes this a very exclusive stretch of beach.
You will feel pampered in this two bedroom Condo, decorated with a safari theme. It has been professional decorated, with custom draperies and bedspreads. Your view from the third floor balcony is breath-taking, as you view the emerald waters and white sand beach.
A real plus is that you only walk about 50 steps to the beach through a private beach access, instead of walking down steamy parking lots to get to the beach. The building and grounds are immaculate. You are able to enjoy your children and guests in this quiet complex.
This Condo has a large kitchen, with granite countertops, side-by-side refrigerator, washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a private bath; one with a king-size bed, and the other with a queen. The sofa in the living area makes a queen bed. There is a TV/VCR/DVD in each bedroom and the living room.
We’re just five minutes west of Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and five minutes from the Destin Commons shopping center. Popular restaurants are five minutes away.

We are both retired. My husband is retired from teaching at Auburn University. We live in Auburn, Alabama. We married 7 years ago and between us, we have 6 children and 12 grandchildren. We love Destin. Emerald Waters is so family-oriented and fun - - not to mention the most beautiful beach in the world.

We came down the first week of June and the weather was great! No oil at Miramar beach yet. The condo is very well maintained! Quiet and peaceful. No complaints at all. Walking distance to everything. There are 3 restaurants within half a mile walk either way. The view was wonderful and literally steps from the white beaches. This is our first stay in Destin we will definetely work out details with Mary Ann for next years trip! Thanks so much! We enjoyed everything~ Chanton & Sarah
