This beautiful SaddleBrooke home sits on the MountainView Golf course with breathtaking vistas of the golf course, lake, 16th green, and Catalina mountains. Drive less than one minute to the MountainView Golf club, tennis courts, restaurant/bar, and community recreation center.

The house is perfect for 2 couples, with room to sleep a few more on the fold out couch in the den. Enjoy the front patio and views of the Catalina Mountains in the morning as the sun rises. At day's end, enjoy outdoor dining for your evening meal hot off the gas grill. You will be awe struck by the view from the back as the sunset brings majestic color changes of the sky and vistas. Gather with your friends and sit by the outdoor fireplace in the backyard to enjoy the rest of your evening.

The master bedroom suite opens up directly onto the covered patio and has a queen size bed, huge walk-in closet, and full bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a full bath directly next to it. The den is equipped with high speed internet access and a couch that folds out to make a queen size bed.

Renters receive 2 temporary resident cards per household that allow them to access all homeowner amenties and facilities no extra charge. Tennis players will enjoy the use of 13 lighted tennis courts and an active tennis club, at no additional charge. Golfers will enjoy the three 18 hole courses in SaddleBrooke at the community rate which averages about $60.00/18 holes.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation in this home which is situated in a lovely SaddleBrooke neighborhood. Watching the sun rise over the Catalina Mountains in the morning from the breakfast nook was a great treat. The home is well appointed with all necessities and attractively decorated in a Southwest motif. The pictues just don't do it justice! While there, we enjoyed many rounds of golf on the various SaddleBrooke courses. We certainly would consider renting this home again. Stacie, the owner, is a pleasure to work with.

  • We found all aspects of renting this home to be positive. The home was clean, nicely furnished, and Stacie was easy to work with. We were impressed with the many conveniences provided to make guests comfortable. Saddlebrooke is a great place to visit and we look forward to returning to this area in the future and would be happy to stay in this home again.

  • This was a wonderful and relaxing home to rent during our stay in Tucson. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Because I made the arrangements months in advance I had completely forgotten that we had a refundable security deposit. So when the refund check arrived within a week of our return I knew we had stayed at the home of honest people. I would rent this unit again should we plan to vacation in Tucson again.

  • We loved staying in our beautiful home over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was completely, beautifully furnished (all new Crate & Barrel looking furniture). Setting up the rental was a breeze, directions to home, club access and contact info was all received before well in advance of our arrival. Very, very professional. We will definately call you again when visiting our family in Saddlebrook.

  • When we arrived the home was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It is very tastefully furnished with decorator touches to make it more homelike. It has a fully equipped kitchen so that any meal within reason could be prepared. We fully enjoyed our stay.

  • Your home in Saddlebrook was wonderful. I don't remember renting a home in a resort area that was as nicely appointed or well maintained. Although we happened to arrive in some inclement weather, our accomodations were such that we were very comfortable with being inside for a few days of the month that we spent there. The kitchen and great room were the hub of activity, and we had everything that we needed. Both the front and back patios were a part of our routine in that the front faces the East, and we watched the sunsets from the back patio while grilling out. We are golfers and were able to walk to Mountain View with our clubs and we also took advantage of both fitness centers. Again, thank you for making our visit so enjoyable.   • Thank you for a beautiful vacation retreat. The two weeks I spend there playing golf, tennis, swimming, & hiking were so relaxing that I plan to stay in your home again next year if it is available. I especially enjoyed using the brand new Desert View work-out facility and ending the day by spending the evening in the backyard by the outdoor fireplace. The house is very nicely appointed and I found everything I needed already in place. All I had to bring were my golf clubs, tennis racket and a bag of clothes. I highly recommend this beautiful vacation home in SaddleBrooke.

  • Saddlebrooke is a great place to spend a week or even a month. This home is exceptional for its location to the golf course and tennis/pool facilities. It's a beautiful home to enjoy the sunny southwest. The owners were easy to work with and have appointed the house with many amenities. The golf facilities and tennis courts are great, as well as the swimming pools! I've recommended this home to my closest friends for a great get away!
