This recent fully refurbished Hacienda unit is a 1000 square foot, two bedroom (king- and queen-size), two bathroom, top-floor condominium located in a walled condominium complex that sits above the Fonatur Golf Course. We also have a very safe and reliable Ford Expedition SUV for use as well! Our very helpful and reliable onsite condo manager has his office right within the complex gates
The hacienda has been recently updated with brand new furniture, redecorating and a brand new 50 inch Plasma TV with High Definition Channels. There is also a 36 inch LCD TV in the Master Bedroom.
The condominium has majestic views of the Sea of Cortez, Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, as well as the town of San José and its beach. The decor is traditional Mexican style with all the comforts of home and modern amenities plus 24 hour security, WiFi Internet and individual parking.
Hacienda Los Cabos is perfectly located and is only a short five minute walk to all San Jose del Cabos shops and restaurants. If you want fast action beach and nightlife then Cabos San Lucas is only a 20 minute drive. This hacienda has a perfectly balanced location and offers great value for guests who want to sip champagne and pay cerveza prices. Adios

Very nice Condo. Close to downtown San Jose. Excellent property manager. Well maintained grounds. Owners very accomodating and nice. All in all a memorable 6 weeks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was great--quiet, spacious, and well equipped at a good rate. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the beach or to town. Our 2 week stay was great, the condo was as represented, close to all the amenities. The owners were very helpful and response was quick and courteous. A vehicle is not necessary as the beach, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. The second week we did rent a car to do some local touring.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

I stayed at this condo in March with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. I'm in SJD twice a year and have stayed many different places and this condo is GREAT! Great layout, comfortable space, quiet location that is also convenient. Having the van is also great, especially if you want to explore the area (which I recommend). The owners are so friendly and responsive via email that I felt like I was going to stay at a friend's place rather than renting from a stranger.
