We maintain an inventory of all the personal items that are part of our property. We perform spot checks and announced routine inspections. Our cleaning crews are instructed to report any damage immediately after guest departure. To further protect property( a security deposit is obtained on all rentals.)

The condo was exactly as described, It was clean,comfortable & cozy. Everything we needed was there. Mike was an excellent host - thank you. The grounds were clean and very well maintained, the beach was great and only a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed Myrtle Beach very much. The golfing ,shopping, dinning and the people were great. St Patty's Day at McCools was a wonderful experience. We are hoping to return next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We found the condo to be very cozy and comfortable. Nice view of the ocean off the deck. It was as advertised. Great location in walking distance of dining (Harry the Hats,Finn Mccools)and shopping (Tanger mall),and just 15 minute walk to business 17 and restaurant row. The Apache Pier ( the longest pier on the east coast) is great for dolphin watching and fishing-just a 10 minute walk. The owner was very nice and concerned that we had a good stay. I would recommend this condo for anybody. Security deposit was returned promptly. Hope to stay here next year. Tony-MichiganRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My wife and I live in Aiken,sc and have vacationed in many areas along the South Carolina coast including Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Isle of Palms, Hilton Head, Seabrook Island, and Savannah. This unit at Shipwatch Pointe 1 is now our favorite choice. Watch the sun rise in the morning. Comfortable and convenient. Just minutes to shopping, casual and fine restaurants, and supermarkets. Looking forward to a return visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This was the first time we have ever used VRBO for our vacation. We loved it here. It was exactly the way it was described. The view was awesome. IT really was right across the street from the beach. Nice unit with a great view of the ocean. Central unit, close to the stairs & pool- but far enough away not to be bothered by noise below. Large outdoor deck with table, chairs & umbrella. Internet access was a big plus.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I noticed this page on VRBO and thought we stayed here on our vacation and figured I will leave some feedback.......We had a great time in Myrtle Beach. The place was very clean and comfortable and was in a great location like stated. We will again come back, you can count on that.
