1st day we arrive, keypad doesn't work to door, walk into musty wet condo - A/C was off, but unit upstairs was on = humidity. EVERYTHING that was fabric is wet. Sheets, sofa, towels, but this is normal for this environment setting. (A/C should be turned on day guest arrive) Pros: The ocean was picture perfect. Ease of access to beach and pool. Snorkeling was Amazing! Cons: Pictures on ad = deceiving. The unit doesn't look upgraded except for the stove and micro. The white fridge looks beat up - doesn't match kitchen. Obvious large stains on sofa, the comforter is old and yellow stains cover the backside of it - needs to be replaced or it least washed, matteress uncomfortable - super firm, poor lighting in unit, blender was broken, and let's just NOT mention the bathroom - this is a 30 yr old building. Upgrades are a must. The 2 restaurants located on property are boarded up and closed. Nearest place to eat and shop for grocery is Red Hook. Not recommended to stay here.
