There are more cupboards in the corridor(lane) and the entrance(entry). Roller blinds allow an almost complete black. The back room(chamber) gives onto a very clear space and has a small view(sight) on Notre Dame de la Garde. 2 other rooms(chambers) look, as the terrace, onto gardens and of the greenery....more less

Charges included

Discounted rates for long stay

20 % of the total price(prize) of the rent are to be paid in the reservation. The balance is to be settled(adjusted) during the welcome(reception) in the apartment. A 650-euro pledge is to be paid at the same time. This pledge is paid off at the end the stay.

Payment of 20 percent in the reservation, the balance on arrival.

The stay begins at 4 pm the day of the arrival till 11 hours the day of the departure. But it has to arrange(settle) with the person who will receive you on the spot.

Non-contractual booking deposit: 20% rent

Damage deposit: EUR650.00

Fees and Taxes:

Cleaning €50
