Half a block walk to Palm Beach's #1 rated restaurant, ChezJonPierre. All house of worship, drugstore, post office, banks, as well as grocery and specialty food shops are within walking distance. The famous Worth Avenue area is a three minute drive.

The condominium is in an elevator building with 24 hour doorman and security. Onsite parking. A full-time lifeguard oversees the large, heated pool and private ocean beach. Comfortable lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas at beach and pool. His and her lockers, showers, dressing areas, exercise room, etc. all located at poolside.

Just renovated and beautifully furnished and decorated. Not your typical rental unit. King bed in master bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom.
