  Oh my gosh! I can not tell you how wonderful these townhouses are. My group of five ladies just got back last night from our week long stay in unit D. When we go back to NYC we will stay here. Short walk to the subway and Tony was an absolute asset to have for information about the city. Tony was always going out of his way to make our stay the best. We had a little internet trouble and he took care of it right away! THANKS TONY! I can't wait to come back to stay. Teresa Central Illinois

  A group of 8 females from the ages of 7-45 y.o stayed in Apt B. From the moment we walked in we were in love with the place and as the time passed, we loved it even more. Before all this, kudos to Christina with whom I had great communication despite my original skepticism in thinking I might be victim of apartment fraud. She made me feel secure and she put faith in us, and we were pleased with that very much. Back into the unit, no detail was left unattended... silverware, sufficient cooking utensils, basic kitchen necessities such as coffee filters, salt, syrup and other spices were in place which saved us having to spend extra, and even a flat iron for the hair!!! nice touch. The two full bathrooms came in very handy for all of us and we were all VERY comfortable. The heat worked like wonders, and so did the hot water. The decor is delightful just like in the pictures. The location of the unit is in a very nice residential neighborhood and yes, very accesible to the train, markets pharmacies and shops near by for anytime needs are within walking distance. A cleaning lady came by at the second day, which I did not expect! I could go on and on with praises. I did not have the chance to meet Christina or Grace but I knew they were accesible anytime if needed. There were a couple of sweet older lady tenants upstairs and we did hear some noise, mainly steps; frankly it did not bother me. I would definitely recommend this place; no matter who you are, you will be pleased. We miss our home in NY and hope to be back there soon. Thank you!!!

  Our group of six from New Zealand (grandmother, parents and three teenage children) stayed 5 nights in one of these great apartments. Easy to book and lots of information on the website and from the owner about the local area and about the transport options into Manhattan which were fantastic. We flew into JFK and took a taxi (2 taxis as there were 6 of us with alot of luggage) to get to the apartment. The apartment was clean and warm which was important as we stayed in early January after a large snow storm. The area is a safe community suburb with local schools and lots of small shops etc Great to stay somewhere that is not touristy. The subway,train and bus options were really close and easy to use to get into Manhattan. We had a great time and would stay here again.

  Wonderful holiday great location had lots of fun apartment home from home clean comfortable grace and Tony have thought of everything our 2nd visit roll on next year there will defiantly be a 3rd !

  We are a group of 7 travelling to NYC for business and pleasure. We spent so much time looking for a place to accomodates all of us that week, but no luck because of the limited space and the group need to be separated if we got in to the hotel. This is not a first time we had tried to booked a place from Vacation rental sites and luckily I came across Grace & Tony's apartment. The place is clean and spacious, my group like it so much as we sleep through the night w/out worry after 14 hours drive from Illinois. Definitely will be making another booking pretty soon to this apartment this year.

  we stayed in apartment D for 6 nights and had the best experience! These apartments are in a terrific neighbourhood and in just a short walk you are at the Subway a park or shops. Grace and Tony were so accomodating and friendly we would reccomend this property to anyone!

  Wir waren vom 22.10.2012 bis zum 01.11.2012 im Apt. A mit insgesamt 6 Personen, also vor, während und nach Hurrikan "Sandy". Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, d.h. wir mußten kein eindringendes Wasser befürchten. Wir hätten bestimmt nie evakuiert werden müssen wie große Teile Manhattans. Wir hatten jederzeit Strom und Wasser, die Supermärkte in der Nähe waren auch nach dem Aufruf, sich mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, reichlich gefüllt. (außer z.T. Backwaren und Milch) Aufgrund der Lage in Queens kamen wir mit dem Taxi auch ohne Probleme zum JFK Airport. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt, es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. (inkl. TV und W-LAN) Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft ohne Abstriche. Die Abgeschiedenheit vom Zentrum New Yorks störte uns nicht, da die E-Bahn in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen war und regelmäßig fuhr, für 29 Dollar gibt es eine Wochenkarte. Wir haben Grace nur per E-Mail kontaktiert, aber immer sofort (positive) Antworten erhalten.
