  Exceaded all our expectations. Was closer to everything than we had thought (via.. subways) wich are very user friendly to those who have not used them before. Very close to the best restaraunt I have ever ate at , a diamond in the rough very much how I would describe this place. Very clean and well maintained would highly recomend this place. we will be going back as much as possible. Fell in love with the place, and maid some new friends for life. Robert, Dennis(son,father) , UTAH, USA 'We travel around the world quite a bit but this was our first ever visit to New York and we had planned to stay to the centre like most people then while looking for hotels we came across this gem in woodside - great transport links 5 minute walk to woodside station for train or subway. 15 minutes from JFK by car and the airtrain goes from the station. if you want a true feeling of NYC, its people and suburbs this place is great matt, london

  we have rented the apartment A with friends and our 4 kids. The location is perfect within 5 minutes walking distance of a Subway station to reach center of Manhattan. The neighborhood is calm with all what is needed and gave us another view of NY. I would recommend it to all!

  My Mom, sister, aunt, cousin, and I rented this apartment for a girl's vacation in NYC. We loved it! It was just as beautiful as the pictures, clean, and had great access to public transportation. It was an awesome experience and I have already recommended it to friends.

  I have literally just got back and would highly recommend a stay in these properties, they were clean & tidy, affordable, had all the necessary appliances, Tony was fantastic help and a pleasure to meet! The sub is a short walk away and the area itself has many handy bars, restaurants, shops etc... The sub for $25 for 7 day unlimited stay is superb value and was used many times by us! We will be returning in the near future! Thanks again Tony & Grace for a lovely and enjoyable stay that made our wedding in NY that little bit more special :) Charlotte, Andy, Emma, Chris, Laura, Steve, Angie & Steve! xxxx

  We could not fault the accommodation, or the friendliness and customer service of the owner Tony and his brother Mike who looks after the units. Many thanks to Grace for excellent communication. We were a party of five who stayed in Unit A, but which easily accommodates more, but we wanted space. This was a great base for visiting Manhattan, as it is a short walk to the subway and the 7 train direct to Times Square - the subway system is soon learnt and we went up and down Manhattan easily. There are local shops and takeouts for food and when you are in manhattan there is plenty to see and do - we had booked a tour the day after we arrived to get our bearings. As it was my daughters 21st Bithday during our stay I had booked NOBU 57 which is very easy to get too on the subway. I would highly recommend this property and have given details to friends and family and hopefully we will return in the future.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  We found this property to be very good. Its description was very accurate and it was very conveniently located in relation to public transport and to restaurants and shops. The property was clean, comfortable and provided an excellent level of comfort. The owners of the property were very helpful with lots of advice on where to go and how to get there and this proved very useful on our holiday. I would strongly recommend this property to anybody. The area was very safe and everything that one would need was within walking distance. Our only reservation with the property was the noise level from the residents upstairs. Some sound proofing may be needed.

  Absolutely brilliant. Spotlessly clean, great area, Subway to centre of NY is easy, local restaurants / bars great Could not recommend it enough

  Tony & Grace's apartment was just as described and much more than we expected. It was spacious and very clean in a quiet location. It was just the place to come back to, to relax after a hard day sightseeing and shopping! 5 mins walk to the subway and a bit longer to get into the city, with all amenities nearby and there was always Super Mike to lend a hand whenever. We loved the chinese just down the road, very authentic. I would definitely recommend this place and I would go back there again. I have to add that our outward flight was early but we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment and go back at 3.30 and again on the last day we had a late flight home but our luggage was looked after until we were ready to go to the airport. Thank you so much for that Tony/Grace/Mike.

  We have a large family, and renting this property to Grace and Tony, was a great decision. The apartment was comfortable and exactly as described on the web. It was clean and well equipped. The first contact when we arrived to the property was with Super Mike; he was very dilligent, and every time we called him, he responded inmediately, resolving the situation. The property is located in a good neighborhood, with stores, restaurants and everything we needed, including a Catholic church where we attended Mass, and a nearby subway station. A very good experience. I recommended a cable T.V. system for the second bedroom.
