  We've stayed twice at Elbert Way now and have found the home to be very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, but is also close enough that the parks are just a short drive away. Both our stays have been during colder months, but the pool heat is excellent, like getting into a warm bath! The villa has a fantastic garden, very large and busy with squirrels, birds and other wildlife. We found the service from Michelle and the other contractors that take care of the pool and grounds to be excellent. Michelle was very friendly and helpful any time that we did have to contact her and dealt with any issues promptly. I would highly recommend this villa, and we are certainly looking forward to the next time we can visit.

  The house was awesome! Great layout, pool area was great and the yard was huge. There was lots of privacy and the house had all the amenities needed to stay for a while. We were there for6 nights and would not hesitate to stay again. Behlor rentals made the whole vacation process easy. Thanks again for the great memories. Sean and Michele.

• Lovely Villa

  Have just completed a 29 night vacation at this villa having stayed there for a couple of weeks in 2008. This villa has everything you need for a lovely holiday, or just a short break. The furniture is very comfortable, and all amenities are provided. The rear garden and pool area are spacious and very private. Doral Woods is a quiet pretty estate, yet is within easy travelling distance of the attractions, Disney being easily reached within 25 minutes. There are plenty of shops in Poncianna which is 10 minutes down the road. We hope to return to this villa for another month's vacation the year after next, and will certainly continue to book our villas through Michelle at Behlor, who is always efficient, trustworthy and polite. Would recommend both this villa and rental company to anyone planning a vacation to this part of the world

  We were a party of 4: My wife and I, our daughter (5y) and my father in law. We had spent a lot of time searching the internet for the villa of our choice and the time was well invested. One of our main criteria was to stay in a quiet area - we did not want to disturb others and we did not want to be disturbed by others. It was also not too far away from all the attractions and shopping centers etc. The villa itself is fantastic and has everything that you need - the pool and the area around it is very nice (we did not need a whirlpool), the TV is great, WiFi works fine, the bathrooms and the bedrooms were also very good. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything was clean. Our daughter greatly loved the garden and the little playground. Michelle was very nice and helpful and we did not had any issues at all. We recommend this villa 100% and would always rent it again (but there are sooo many nice places in the world that we would like to visit too ... ;-)). Alex & family from Germany

  villa was brilliant. the only negative i can say is that the swings and loungers need updating but everything else was brilliant, i would definatley be coming again!!!! ladyblue

  Owner response: Thanks for the positive review and "5" - for other guests info the loungers and all the patio furniture was new 3 years ago - and is the best type to buy for florida heat, plus life time warantee - it is great for keeping clean!

  My family and I stayed at this house in October 2010 for 11 days. It was a nice house, spacious, great pool, nice to have our own bedrooms, etc. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard as I have 2 small children, and they really had fun in the pool! It took us about 1/2 hour to reach the Disney parks, but we thought it was an ok distance. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood too. We had a couple of issues that Michelle took care of right away, so she was on the spot! I had some personal issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen - found a few knifves stuck together with peanut butter on them, a pan dirty with grease, the kitchen barstools were dirty with food on top of and underneath the cushions, and some other things. But overall, it was a nice place to come home too after busy days!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

  Owner response: The couple of cleaning points in the kitchen were addressed.

  We were skeptical to use aninternet site to rent a home in Florida, but read other reviews of vactioneers on this home and there opinion of the realty personnel pus the 19 years+ experience it shows the realty has in rental properties our minds were put at ease. Home is understated, it is very, very nice, clean and spacious. Everything needed but food and clothing were provided and though of by the rental agents. Pool and yard are maintained and home is in a nice community, very quiet and close to Disney Parks via Poinciana Blvd. Emails and deposit refund was prompt .Overall experience was excellent and we can highly recommend this agency and home rental property. Thank you for making our visit to Florida homey and comfortable.We would gladly rent from you again.

  Myself, husband and 2 young daughters stayed at this goegeous property at the start of July and we had a wonderful time. The garden couldn't be better for small children with an abundance of privarte space for them to run around in, they just loved it! Between the garden and the pool, they were always tired out come bedtime. Everything about the house was perfect, it is big, light and very comfortable, so comfortable in fact that by the end of our 2 weeks stay it had started to feel like home and we were quiet sad to leave! We found the distance from Disney perfect, it took us around 20 mins to get to the parks, meaning we were close enough without being in the midst of all the tourist hussle and bustle, the best of both worlds! The whole booking process with Behlor Realty from start to finish was flawless, extremely proffesional and very friendly. We cannot thank you enough for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this villa and the services of Behlor Realty to anyone. Thanks again.

Improvements have been made to the home each year. The home is spacious, bright and has a very large lot located on a quiet street. Doral Woods is a great area for taking walks. The home is within 10 minutes of restaurants, golf, and shopping. We only had a few problems during the 5 years ( coffee pot, batteries in smoke detector which we could not reach), however, Michelle took care of the matter immediately. She was a great person to work with in making the rental reservations, making sure the pool was heated when needed, etc.
