A 5 acre ancient fishpond located in front of the complex allows shallow water access for children and elderly folks or anyone who doesn't want to battle the ocean waves.
You will enjoy walks on our beautiful beaches and sunset viewing from your lanai. Visit the roof top with it's extraordinary 360 degree views of the outer Islands. Enjoy the use of the newly remodeled barbecue area and kitchen facilities. Watch the whales as they mirgrate through the Islands from Alaska from October to April.
The Living Room/Diningroom area and Master Bedroom have full length mirrors which reflect the in the magic views of Maui.
You will enjoy the feeling of "Old Time Hawaii" with the local charm and grace of it's furnishings of bamboo and Hawaiian print motif.

Of course you have your own lanai which is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE BEST SITE IN TOWN!!! And you can ask to use the roof kitchen. Just check in with the front desk for availability. A $ 100.00 Clean up Deposit is required and returned after clean up.
- Lanai : One of only a few condos that have adjoining Master Bedroom and living room lanai. You can come in from the ocean or pool without going through the living room to get to your Master Bedroom or Bathroom.

- Beachfront : Just a few steps to miles of white sand beach. The blue Pacific Ocean laps at the wall just in front of the complex, any closer and you would be IN the Ocean. There are miles and miles of white sand beaches just to the North and just to the South as you step off the lawn onto the beach in either direction.
- Oceanfront : Jump right in the ocean or take a walk along miles of Beach in either direction. In front of the complex is a rock wall that surrounds an ancient fish pond which affords a protective area for swimming in the calm waters away from the waves.
- Ocean View : A nice view of the ocean from this horseshoe shaped building affords you an angle view of the ocean without the hot sun and bright reflection shining directly into your unit, making it a cool and comfortable setting.

Why the Owner Chose Menehune Shores
I bought this unit because it is ground floor and I didn't want to use stairs or elevators to get to my unit.
Also given the fact that this unit in on the right hand side of the horse-shoe shaped building it does not get the direct sunlight and heat that the front units experience. Cool breezes come into the unit which is on the shady side of the complex.
And it has a nice park next door with shallow swimming area and a small beach for the children (or adults ) to play.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is a whale information complex right next door. They inform you of the whales that visit us each year from January to May. They offer other informative world travel programs there as well. It is very educational for the whole family.

I have lived on Maui since 1975. Fell in Love with it and never left.
I think Maui has the best beaches and restaurants in the Hawaiian Islands.
Maui still has that "Laid Back" feeling, unlike Honolulu.
This is why the say "Maui No Ka Oi"- None Better than Maui!
