Our GROUND FLOOR Luxury Golf Villa is located at Sunset Village, Sandpiper Bay - 10 minutes from Sunset Beach and only a 15 minute drive to North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. It is ideally located directly across from the tennis courts and larger of the 2 swimming pools.
We hope our Villa has everything you would need for a perfect beach or golf vacation, well equipped with plenty of areas to relax including a screened porch, where you can watch the sun go down with beautiful views over the lake and golf course. FREE WI-FI is provided.
With a Queen bed in the master, a Queen in the second and twin beds in the third bedroom, each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The lounge has a large comfortable seating area to watch the TV or listen to the stereo and we believe the kitchen and dining area has everything you would need to make you feel at home. The kitchen and both bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors. There are two pools and tennis courts at Sunset Village and, of course, lots of excellent golf courses nearby including, The Thistle, Ocean Ridge, The Pearl, Oyster Bay and not forgetting Sandpiper Bay - voted Golf Course of the Year 2010.

The condo was extremely clean and outfitted with everything you could possibly need and more, right down to plenty of towels and an extra beach chair or two to menus for local eats/deliveries. Enjoyed a cup of coffee out on the rocking chairs on the screened in porch overlooking the water every morning! Beautifully decorated and well thought out to make your vacation even more enjoyable. The owners were such a pleasure to deal with and we can't wait to come back next year! Thank you for letting us stay!

We had rented several other condos in the subdivision before but this was by far the best. It was nicely decorated on the inside and the location was right across from the large pool making it perfect for our family with small children. There were many times that we had the pool all to ourselves and the kids thought that was great! The owners were wonderful to work with and the price was very reasonable. Even though it is a drive to the beach, the view of the golf course and the pond complete with alligator was nice. We are already hoping to return to this unit next year for vacation.

We spent July 4th weekend at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nicely decorated, clean and convenient to town. Excellent golf course w/clubhouse. Close to beaches. This was our first time to this condo, but looking forward to staying here again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+.

The was our first year "off the island" so to speak and the additional amenities (pools, linens provided, even tissues) were such nice changes to what we had been accustomed to. We look forward to possibly staying again next year.
