The Villa at Steamboat - Mountain Luxury: A beautiful, 3000 square foot, five bedroom, four and a half bath villa at Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Beautiful mountain views, private tennis courts, King/Queen-size beds, close to the ski slopes, use of a 2007 4 wheel drive Chevy Suburban included in rental. The Villa has four private bedrooms with 3 King/1 Queen-size beds and private baths. There is a fifth bedroom/game room with daybed and trundle. Flat Screen TVs in each bedroom and in living room. DVD, VCR and cable TV. Sound wired in Master, Sauna and outdoor areas. Full kitchen with all utensils; ice maker in refrigerator, washer and dryer, all linens provided.
Saturday to Saturday stays only. Check In 4:00 pm, Check Out 10:00 am. All rents paid are non-refundable whether or not the Villa is occupied.
Must submit copy of valid drivers license and current proof of insurance 30 days prior to start of rental.

A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is Required to Reserve Dates.
The Balance Plus 9.5% Tax and a $500 Security Deposit is Due 30 Days Prior.
