Marion has amazing amenities - a public links golf course, world-class golf and harbor, ice skating rink, large beautiful town beach and public/private tennis courts. Many summer children's programs available in the area. The public harbor boat ramp is 1/4 mi. away. Charter boats available in summer - both sail and power. Excellent fishing.
Eat-in kitchen and a dining room that can accommodate six as is and up to twelve. Eight rooms total in the house. Upstairs bathroom has a huge skylight. ! Downstairs is a large bathroom with lots of storage.
Two Queens(one Tempurpedic), Two twins, one futon (in master- can be put any where)
A queen Murphy Bed (a real bed- not like a convertible sofa)is disguised as a large armoire in the living room, the den has a twin bed in the built-in setee.(large closet and bureau in den.) A large full bathroom ( shower/tub) is off the den on the first floor.
Two bedrooms upstairs- a Tempurpedic queen bed with a wall-mounted Sharp flat screen TV, and a double futon couch in the larger bedroom and a twin bed in the smaller bedroom. A small bathroom is in the second floor hallway (tub only)
The den has desk, an L-shaped couch, a large TV with cable ON DEMAND, copier, and games.
Air condiitioning / gas heat.
One bike available- storage for more in shed.
