This uniquely designed home is perfect for summer or winter vacationers. It is 1 1/2 hours from New York City or Philadelphia. The house is located between Lake Harmony and Big Boulder Lake. The large wrap-around deck is perfect for an outdoor BBQ. New Hot Tub installed and ready for your use.


Winter activities include: skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing at Big Boulder or Jack Frost (5 and 10 minutes respectively), Camel-back (30 minutes), Elk Mountain (40 minutes). Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, white water rafting.

Summer activities include: hiking, biking, mountain climbing, golfing, swimming, canoeing, horse back riding, lake access. Amusement parks: Camel Beach Water Park - 20 minutes and Dorney Park Amusement Park - 35 minutes. Pocono Raceway - 15 minutes. Shopping - Outlet Mall is 25 minutes.

There are plenty of fine restaurants in the area and live music at Split Rock Lodge or Shenanigans - 5 minutes.
