Our eighth floor condominium is beautifully furnished with recently completed faux painting and mirrored walls. Complete with Private Underground Parking and Semi-private Elevator that takes you right to your Condo. It has a spacous Great Room, large Master Bedroom with King size bed, Guest bedroom with twin size beds and a convertable sleeper sofa in the Great Room. The Master Bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, and Walk-in Shower. The Kitchen is completely Furnished with Upgraded Appliances and plenty of equipment for your Culinary needs! The condo has a TV,VCR/DVD Player in every room and also an AM/FM/CD stereo in the unit for your enjoyment. Every room opens onto the balcony, which overlooks the Huge Lagoon Pool and Beach.
The condo overlooks the Beautiful Sugar White Sands and Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Silver Shells Beach Resort and Spa sprawls across 31 acres, with 1100 feet of private beachfront. There are Daily Activities for the kids. Enjoy dining at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, on site, relax in Destin's Finest Spa, and exercise in a First Class Fitness Center.

Year Purchased: 2003
We are Geneva and Frank Barnhill and live in Dunwoody, a suburb of Atlanta. We have been married 43 years and have owned condos in Destin for more than 25 years, and at Silver Shells since 2003. Our entire family, including our children and grandchildren cannot get enough of Destin and Silver Shells. Geneva and I enjoy the rest and relaxation, and our family loves the beach, pool and many things to do at Silver Shells and Destin.
We call it our Home Away From Home.
Why the Owner Chose Silver Shells
We visited Destin about 22 years ago and discovered it's beautiful beach, friendly people and many wonderful restaurants. In 2003 we stopped at Silver Shells for lunch, took one look at the view from our 8th floor condo, and bought it immediately. Silver Shells is an upscale, gated, family oriented beach resort. It was the best family decision we have ever made.

For us it is the Rest, Relaxation, walking on the beautiful beach, Spa, Fitness Center and the many wonderful restaurants we have discovered in Destin. We also enjoy breakfast, lunch and cocktails with a spectacular view from our balcony. Our children and grandchildren love the beach, huge pool, activities for kids and the many things to do at Silver Shells and in Destin.

Well have you every thought of putting a sand box by the pool so you can have little kids play while there parents swim in the pool. That would be fun.
