  Our week in Richie's condo was nothing short of amazing! We wanted to be close to the Orlando attractions, but have an area to escape from the crowds. We planned our week to alternate days in the parks with pool days at the resort. Our entire family truly loved the days we just stayed in and enjoyed this beautiful condo with it's perfect location of overlooking the huge pool complex! Richie, thank you for being so helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout our stay. We are definitely planning to stay with you again, and we are recommending your condo to all our friends! :)

  "Wonderful" just barely begins to describe this condo. Everything was exactly as illustrated - EXACTLY! There were no surprises. The location is superb - just past the gates (it's in a gated community) and overlooking the pool. There are (sort of) 2 master bedrooms - although one is the official master, they could both pass as the master and the best part about it is they are on seperate wings to the condo. My husband and I stayed with our children (ages 4 & 7) and in-laws. There was ample room for all of us. I especially liked that we took the room closer to the door so we could come in later and leave earlier, without disturbing anyone. It was perfect. The pool is very nice - we enjoyed it daily and the amenities (local sultry shop, fitness center - just to name the few that we used) were great. Dealing with Richie was an absolute pleasure and he is 100% honest. Seriously, if you are doubting the reviews because if they are "too good to be true" -- this is the case that it is indeed that good. At first I was a little concerned about the great reviews ( I know, dumb right ...) but really here I am without a bad word to say. We would definetly return and we would definetly recommend to friends/family. If you are reading this then you are likely interested -- just book it. You won't find better. It's been a few months since we left (my bad) but I was just cleaning my inbox and thought I really want others to be as happy as we were so I am giving my 2 cents. We stayed for a week, did Disney and all the other hoopla then went on a cruise for a week. Not much else to say except ENJOY YOUR STAY! This condo is fabulous. Thanks Richie!   Staying at this condo was perfect for our family. This trip was for our family to go to Disney and I wasn't quite sure where we wanted to stay. We have not rented a condo like this before and I was a little worried about what we would actually get. After reading tons of positive reviews about this condo and the owner we decided it was worth the shot. I must say that the condo and the owner lived up to or exceeded every review and expectation. The condo is in a gated community and that helped us feel more comfortable with the area for our kids. The pool area with the fresh food, gaming area, theater and workout area all right by the condo made it so convenient to go down and relax. In fact our kids, if they could do anything over would want to spend more time at the pool and going down the slide. I felt like we could have just spent the whole vacation at the condo with all the amenities. It was also very nice to be so close to Disney and Orlando. Any questions I had the owner answered right away. If you are thinking of going to Disney or Orlando area I can not recommend this place enough.

On our check-out days I no longer look back in sadness that our awesome week has come to an end but rather simply begin planning for our next visit. Then I just keep thinking tropical thoughts until our visit. I cannot tell you how much I miss watching the sunshine glisten over the pool each day and watching the sun setting over the pool at night. Relaxing just thinking about it, right? Please let your family know that they are always most welcome as my guests if ever they decide that they would like to call my home their own once again. It would certainly be my pleasure having them. Lastly thank you so very much for taking time out to share your memories with my future guests.   Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo the week of March 17, 2013, during our Spring Break. Your condo is nicely decorated and very clean. We had plenty of space for our three children and each had their own space to relax after a long day at the parks! We loved having such close access to the pool and club house. We had a great time! We had no problems checking in at the gatehouse. The vicinity of the condo was great as well. Having lots of shopping, restaurants, and mini-golfing in the area was very convenient. We were very close to Disney World and Sea World was less than 10 miles away. If we ever make it back to Orlando, we will definitely stay in your condo again!

  For a family wishing to stay in the Kissimmee area this condo is ideal. We found that the condo exactly matched the description and photos we found in the listing. The condo was spotlessly clean, very well equiped and the southern exposure overlooking the pool ideal. The Windsor Hills complex is beautifully maintained and is ideally located for visitors to access all the attractions of the area. The local brochures provided for visitors and those in the condo simplify any additional vacation planning the family may need. A safe and secure environment for a family to enjoy their vacation; as an additional bonus their is store by the pool serving hot snacks and cool drinks. Highly recommended!

  Great place to stay. Very nice pool. The only thing we missed was som kitchen utensils.

  We stayed at the Windsor Hills Pool view condo the week of 01/26/2013......it was Wonderful! The condo was in a perfect spot. It was close to Disney and nearby resurtants and the pool was just out side. There were six of us that stayed here, four adults and two children. There was plenty of room for all. The layout of the rooms was perfect. The only thing that I would complain about was that I thought it needed a good deep cleaning. It was not bad but the corners and trim had a lot of dust. I believe that cleaning crew bascially does surface cleaning. Overall though, this was a great place to stay. We would defiantely stay here again.

It is always my desire for my condo to shine even brighter than my guest’s hope that it would. The condo was actually deep cleaned from Feb 8th through the 10th (only 7 days after your family checked out.) Since the condo was available for those two nights in February I also chose to use that time to replace the two king size masters with brand new comforters and also upgraded the condo with new pillows and other items to try to make it look more beautiful for my guests. The condo’s website has not been updated to reflect the new look as I don’t have new video to show my guests. (My property manager emailed me photos they took for me after the deep clean / upgrade). Unfortunately I will not be able to take my own new videos until July when my family vacations at the condo next. I will post new photos of the condo here on my condo’s advertisements to show you the new look. I tried to keep the condo’s tropical – Floridian theme. As you know the condo is cleaned after every guest checks out – but deep cleaning (the type you mentioned) takes place every few months. I regret that it was done right after your family checked out.   We loved every minute of our week in Orlando. The parks that we visted were wonderful but we also enjoyed our time in your condo. It was so nice to relax by the pool or sit on the balcony overlooking the pool. This was our second time staying in your condo and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The process of renting the condo and the arrival is very easy and you are a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to renting from you again and will recommend your condo to others.   We had a great time staying here in Orlando. Very close to the parks which was fantastic. We spent very little time in transit. The unit is perfectly located in the development as the picture implies. We could watch the kids at the pool from the deck. Our concerns about noise from the pool were laid to rest by the firm policy about noise late in the evening and found it to be no problem at all. It is very close to many eating and shopping opportunities and in the delivery radius of Flippers Pizza which was great for us. We really enjoyed our stay.
