This condominium includes view of the ocean and golf course. Great viewing balcony with comfortable furniture. There are two master suites - one with a king bed; the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has a twin with pull out drawer bed. There are two twins in loft. Two or more families wishing to travel together can easily be accomodated in this condominium. Three bedrooms have tvs.
There are numerous activities at the resort and constant tours leaving from the resort. A shuttle runs to and from the main resort lobby to the beach, beach club, casino, golf course, and condominiums. There are great restaurants in the resort and excellent local ones in Brasilito less than five minutes away. A Private new state of the art Beach Club, fitness center, and spa complete with hot and cold tubs just opened in the resort for your enjoyment as well. Shuttles are available to the Beach Club as well or you make take your car or hike there.
This unit is available for monthly rental as well. Call or e-mail for rates and information. The calendar is not up to date since I work with a management group also. Rates are updated and accurate, but discounts are sometimes offered during slow rental periods.
