  My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment in November 2012. Our stay was fantastic!!! This beautiful apartment is in the very heart of the charming Avignon city center, just minutes walk from the Palais des Papes. It is roomy and comfortable. The décor is quite impressive – blending 16th century original building features with modern fixtures and furniture to create a pleasantly unique living space. Very chic! Unlike many apartments that claim to be fully equipped, this one truly is and we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The best part was not the apartment itself (fantastic as it is), but visiting with the owners Amaury & Gilles. They are fascinating, talented, and incredibly friendly people. Amaury picked us up from the train station and gave us loads of useful information that made our trip even better. They were truly incredible hosts, and made our stay in Avignon an unforgettable, special time. We can’t wait to go back and visit them again. Thanks Amaury & Gilles!!!

  I had the very good fortune of discovering this beautiful, cozy, comfortable apartment in the heart of Avignon for a long stay that I made in September of this year. The apartment is meticulously designed and cared for. It is in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the Palace of the Popes, shopping, dinning, and easy to get in and out of Avignon to explore the region. I was traveling alone, and felt safe and secure. The owners of the property, Gilles & Amaury, welcomed me, showed me around, even had me for dinner. I cannot say enough good things about this fabulous flat. It would also be ideal for a couple enjoying the region, doing a little cooking & enjoying the wine & food of the Cotes du Rhone. It is as dreamy as the photo suggests. Loved it, and will return.

  My husband and I spent five nights in this amazing studio which is situated right in the heart of the old city, only steps from the Palais des Papes. The studio is beautifully decorated with a wonderful mix of antique and modern. It has all the amenities you could possibly want for either a short term or long term stay. Although you are right in the centre of Avignon, it is very quiet and private. Amaury and Gilles are also excellent hosts! As we had rented a car to explore all of France, they were kind enough to get us a parking spot and, more importantly, show us how to get to it in those narrow streets (and the best way to park it!). Amaury made sure we had plenty of information on the area and gave us several great restaurant suggestions. We were very happy to have met both of them (and Thomas and Eric!) and will definitely return! A true gem in Avignon!

  A gem: not only for its beautiful decoration and all amenities one could possibly dream of, but the sence of enclosure in the heart of cultural Provence. The modern touch is so delicate, well balanced, that the interior, its architecture, still tell their story of centuries past. Big windows invites you to ponder a tranquil courtyard. But still, this stay would not have been such success, if it not had been for Amaury's enthusiastic guidance, informing what might interest you in particular. I am eternally grateful that he showed me the path to one of the most wonderful indoor market places in this part of the world. In the flat, his keen attention to every detail made everything work perfectly, nothing missing. Elisabeth

  Lovely apartment, beautifully appointed and situated very close to heart of old town Avignon yet very peaceful and quiet. Amaury was perfect host, he picked us up from the station (and dropped us back!) was very helpful without being intrusive at all. Thank you Amaury for the loan of an umbrella when it rained and making our stay so special.

  Septembre 2011 : Mon amie et moi avons eu le privilège d'être les premiers locataires de ce charmant appartement à Avignon où tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. L'accueil d'Amaury a été parfait et ses conseils ont été précieux ( l'isle sur la sorgue , uzes). L'appartement est décoré avec gout , tout comme la maison des propriétaires, et possède toutes les commodités pour passer un séjour agréable ( parking, cuisine équipée, emplacement idéal). Je pense déjà y revenir, à moins que ce ne soit dans leur hôtel inédit.... jonathan et valentine

  Un grand Merci à Amaury pour son accueil très chaleureux, sa gentillesse et ses conseils très précieux afin de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. L'appartement est très douillet et calme ; parfait pour oublier le tumulte de la ville. Très propre et fonctionnel, tout est là pour passer un séjour sans souci.   Appartement très agréable situé en plein centre ville. Décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Très calme, très propre, très bien équipé, très agréable.Couchage excellent. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et d'une grande gentillesse. Que de bonnes choses à dire sur cet appartement !

  Nous avons fait un séjour parfait dans ce superbe appartement loft au calme sur cour, restauré et décoré avec un goût exquis. Le studio très spacieux dispose d'un grand confort et de belles prestations. Les propriétaires, voisins, restaurent également l'un des plus beaux hôtels particuliers du coeur d'Avignon. Le studio est situé dans une ruelle en plein coeur historique à 2 pas du Palais des Papes, idéal pour découvrir la ville et profiter du calme de ces rues entre cour et jardins. Très beau séjour pour nous, hautement recommandable ! Christine.
