This wonderful condo is in the very popular Ledges Condos complex. It's popular because it is so close to everything by land and water. It is located at the 20.5 mile marker on the main channel. By land it is close to Hwy 54 (the main road thru the Lake of the Ozarks).
Our family condo features 1 Kingside bed (in the master bedroom) and 4 queensize beds (one in the second main floor bedroom, 1 in the third main floor bedroom and 2 in the loft + a full size sofa/sleeper in the 400 square foot loft).There are two full bathrooms on the main level and a full bath in the loft. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and double sinks in the bathroom with tub/shower combination.
The condo is beautifully decorated and includes everything you need to make your stay a great one. All you have to do is bring your family, food, beverages, and beach towels. There are TV's in the master bedroom, living room, and the loft and all are equipped with VCR/DVD.
There is a 10' X 30' boat slip available for an extra $ 15.00/night and it is immediately adjacent to our building.
The condo features a very large ( 8' X 28') deck and since we are on the top ( 4th) level there is nothing between you and the sunshine during the day and between you and the stars at night. There is a GREAT VIEW from the deck of the no wake cove and the main channel. All the deck furniture is there. The sunsets from the deck are SPECTACULAR! We'll even leave the binoculars there so you can get an up close look at all of the activity at the lake.
The Ledges features two (2) swimming pools. One pool is by the main entrance and the other is right on the point with a great view of the main channel. There is also a sand swimming beach with a floating platform if you prefer to swim in the lake.
The really nice part about our unit is even though it is on the top level there are ONLY 4 STEPS from the tiered parking lot to the walkway to the condo. It really makes getting in and out very easy.

Ican't even begin to tell you, Lynda, how much we enjoyed the condo. It was amazing. Very lovely, clean, and fully stocked. WOW! We cleaned up the kitchen so well, the cleaning service would not have had to spend a second in there. It did rain most of the weekend and it was very cool. Sat was the nicest day, the sun actually cam out. We enjoyed it so much that we are actually kicking around coming back again this spring. We loved the condo & will spread the word. We had a chance to spend some real family time again with the girls and their families. Our grandson just turned 10 months yesterday, so he was so much fun, too. Your condo is absolutely beautiful with all of the comforts of home. We had everything we needed in the cupboards and enjoyed some home cooking and grilling during our stay. There were some humid days (mid 90's), as is typical of Missouri, but the A/C worked just fine, so we lounged through those days and played in the evenings. No one seemed to care if we weren't on the go all of the time. So, thanks again. I believe the vote was unanimous that everyone would like to return.
