Located on the calm waters of Inner Quartermaster Harbor on the bus line to & from the ferries. A convenient weekend getaway with or without a car. (Walk on ferry and bus to cabin or drive onto ferry and easy route to cabin.)
You can enjoy the local public swim pool, tennis courts, and use the bikes & kayaks that are provided at the cabin.
Enjoy the outdoors and the direct access to the beach.
1 bedroom(Queen bed, plus lots of sleeping space and stocked with sleeping bags and inflatable beds(2 twin). Fully equipped kitchen and pantry with most essentials. Gas grill on porch. Fabulous outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. Sunrise reflections shimmer across the water and the sunsets are amazing!
Equipped with 3 kayaks, 2 beach cruiser bikes and one teen bike . It is possible to anchor in the harbor.

Comments in the handwritten guestbook have been great. Here are some excerpts... "It was very relaxing and fun walking on the beach..just what we needed. The cabin itself was great.. very well equipped and comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back!"D,M&O O "WOW! Where do we begin? Our week on Vashon Island in this cabin was a vacation never to be forgotten! The beautiful harbor, boats, and changing leaves provided a backdrop for restfullness and dreaming.... We hope to return again!"M&L Oklahoma "The cabin was way above our expectations! The pictures & description on the internet do not give it justice. (We)lucked out when we found your beautiful treasure. We will definitely be back soon!" Year 'round comments include so many great stories of beach walking and kayaking. There were even some good fish caught from just off the beach. A five year old got up for the first time on water skis and many a kid enjoyed kayaking around the shore. Everyone has been happy and we continue to enjoy hearing what people have liked best. Repeat customers are becoming the standard saying that they'll be back every year. 2008 is just beginning but inquiries have been brisk with many people trying to plan for weddings and other summer events.
