This spacious 7 bedroom (including bunk room) 4 bath 3300 square foot house with bunk room is located at the end of a gated private cul-de-sac community on the Gulf side of 30-A. The spectacular views from the second and third floors are of the magnificent emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the white sand is only 20 steps away.
The private 12 x 16 kidney shaped HEATED pool is adjacent to this three story home. The interior of the house has been newly renovated (2004) with fresh paint, new furnishings, lovely art and beach accents...all soothing to the eye.
The third floor features two large master bedrooms with king beds. One master has a magnificent balcony where beautiful Gulf sunsets can be admired. There is a beverage refrigerator in the large Master with the large balcony that conviently stores beverages. The second master bedroom has an intimate balcony overlooking the pool with fantastic views of the Gulf. Both master bedrooms are extremely LARGE with plenty of room for pack n plays, we even have a changing table in one of the closets!
The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen area is a wonderful place for gathering. This floor opens up to a screened balcony with beautiful beach views. This floor has two bedrooms with queens.
The first floor has an additional den with ample seating, a dining/game table, a kitchenette complete with a sink, microwave and a full size extra refridgerator for all those cool summertime treats. This floor hosts a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with twins, a couch that folds out into an additional bed and the bunk room is right off the small kitchen and sleeps and additional four.

- Beach View: We are as close to the beach as you can get without being beachfront. There are only 3 homes on the cul-de-sac, 2 beachfront homes and ours! Everyone on the private, gated, single street walks by our home to get to the beach boardwalk, which is the length of the beachfront home.

- Kid Friendly: Home could not be more kid friendly. First we are on private, GATED single street that ends in a cul-de-sac... there are 3 homes on the cul-de-sac, 2 beachfront and us. There is NO traffic and kids can ride bikes/skate boards round and round the cul-de-sac and up and down the street! We have a VERY friendly 2nd den on the first level with a TV with built in DVD and VHS, there is a table with 4 chairs perfect for games or snacks. In the top floor bedrooms we have accomodations for small children (changing table) and roll-a -way bed
