We spent there a week at the end of March, and had plenty of fun. It snowed a lot the first night and a little other days - ski trips were guaranteed. For downhill skiers - the station is of average size, nice. It must be kept in mind that the ski area is closed at the end of the school holidays, which usually falls in mid-late March. As for us, we are fans of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, and the place is paradise for this. Several scenic trails for skiing and a large number of routes for the snowshoes. All this is well marked out that would not be lost. Rising to 400 meters, have stunning views of the surrounding mountains. In good weather, one can see very far away, until the massif of Chartreuse and even massif of Mont Blanc. Now for the house. It is arranged in old farm building, recently renovated, where there are two separate apartments. And if necessary, you can rent both of them, they have a communication through the passage that is closed with a key. The apartment where we lived (Le Cairn) is for 6 persons. Salon where 2 persons can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed and a room with two double level beds. Bathroom and toilet, quite spacious. The kitchen is in the salon and it is very good. Has everything you need, including a dishwasher. And the best - there is a fireplace! It is very nice to sit in front of it in the evening. The electrical heating is done through the floors, the floor is warm. In general, we are happy with our stay there and we would recommend this place to all.Did you find this review helpful? Très beau gîte restaurée, proche des pistes de ski de fond et alpins, au milieu d'un ensemble des vieilles bâtisses! Dépaysement garanti! Au calme, les enfants pourront jouer sans difficulté aux abords du gîte. Prévoir quand même la voiture pour amener les jeunes enfants (légère montée) aux pieds des pistes.
