Located just 100 yards from the main ski lift in Mt. Crsted Butte, this condo is a perfect location. It has a remote location on the first floor at the end of the building and has it's own access door, which gives you the feel of being in a home vs. a condo. Also, The Plaza is the only complex in Crested Butte with a lighted tennis court and a very popular in house restaurant/bar with delivery. And, the shuttle service always stops at the Plaza, so transportation is not an issue.
The care and pride in our mountain home will be evident by a stainless steel refrigerator, six burner Jennair stainless steel oven, custom lighting and heated floors in the kitchen! You will be pampered by the overstuff couch in the living room, accompanied by the floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the mountains. Our themed bedrooms (Master - Western, Guest 1 - Santa Fe, Guest 2 - Bear) were furnished with new furniture and bedding in 2005! The rustic pine furniture in the dining room and living room, which gives a rustic and cozy feel, were also purchased in 2005. You'll even enjoy lounging around by the fireplace listening to music with surround sound speakers. And, since this unit is located on the first floor, you'll have private access to the large shared patio. You'll be able to come and go without cumbersome stairs or long walks. Don't forget the horseshoe pit or grills right outside your door!
After a long day of skiing or horseback riding, you'll have the option of soaking in a custom jacuzzi tub (master bath) or shared hot tub located just one door down from the unit! The private washer and dryer located in the unit is perfect for extended stays and family vacations.
