Villa overlooks the 7th fairway (does not include golf privileges) on the Bobcat Golf Course at the Plantation. The rental includes the use of a beautiful pool with-in 200 yards of the villa. The Plantation complex area is beautifully landscaped with well maintained homes, villas and condominiums.
The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, with shower, two vanity units and two washbasins. The second bedroom has twin beds, a large wardrobe closet and a smaller closet, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, vanity and washbasin.
Included in the Villa is a completely enclosed lanai with air conditioning, heat, fan and sliding glass doors. The unit comes with a roll-a-way bed that can be set up on the lanai or in the living room to sleep an extra person.
The unit also includes a courtyard for those who like to sit outside for breakfast, cocktails or outdoor enjoyment, etc. There is plenty of storage for bicycles, golf clubs, fishing polls, etc. The main bedroom has sliding doors, which open onto the courtyard. The second bedroom has sliding doors, which open onto the lanai. This is a Non-Smoking unit and No pets are allowed.
