The houses in Port Royal Landing are built in the coastal cottage style architecture that was found on the southern Atlantic coast in the late 1600's and early 1700's. Great restaurants and lots to do! Hunting Island State Park is only 16 miles away with 3 miles of beautiful natural beach! This little house is in excellent condition and very comfortable. It has a king-size bed with flat screen TV in the master bedroom and twin beds with TV in the guest room. There is a living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, laundry room, two baths and plenty of closet space! Fishing poles are ready to go with bait available at the marina next door! The back yard is fenced, which is good news if you have a visiting pet! The house is only a few miles from Beaufort where you can take a carriage ride, eat great seafood, shop, or just sit by the beautiful Beaufort River and watch the boats. This is a wonderful place for a vacation or honeymoon! Boats and kayaks can be rented next door at the Port Royal Landing Marina! Pets must be on their best behavior!

$200.00 Security Deposit, To Be Refunded within (14) Days of Departure..
One week minimum length of stay, due to Port Royal Landing Association Rules.
Pet? $15.00/night and must be well behaved!

Cancellations result in forfeiture of Security Deposit.
