This spectacular lakefront second-story condo has a wall of glass directly overlooking Lake Comegy with ocean views beyond the lake. While lake front, you are just 1.5 blocks to the ocean at 121 Chesapeake Street in north Dewey Beach, Delaware.
Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only from Memorial Day through Labor Day. No exceptions.
The condominium is totally renovated and has a delightful mix of white-washed and wicker cottage-style furnishings and wide plank hardwood floors. The open floor plan offers fabulous views of the lake from the living, dining and kitchen areas through five floor-to-ceiling windows. There are vaulted ceilings throughout and 3 ceiling fans in the living area and an electric fireplace. In addition, there is a lake front deck complete with patio furnishings. There is a queen bed in one room and a bunk with double bed on bottom, twin on top in other room. Living room has a queen sleep sofa. Tenants provide linens, towels, soap and paper products.
Walk to the beach, town or Rehoboth Boardwalk - or take the 'Jolly Trolley' beach shuttle, which stops at the end of the street every 20 minutes. Fabulous rates on fall/winter/spring weeks and weekends. Off season weekly specials $795-1350 per week Sept-May; nightly rates $125-$225, 2 night minimum in April, 3 night min in May and Sept. We had a lovely time in this condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, quiet and simply charming. Best of all it was only a five minute walk to the ocean or a five minute car or trolley ride to the Rehoboth boardwalk! My family would most definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The location and setting of this condo are excellent. You would be hard pressed to find a better view unless you were on the ocean. Situated at the very north end of Dewey Beach, it is convenient to Rehoboth Beach also. It was very quiet, private, and peaceful. The description of the condo in the ad was accurate and everything worked and was clean. I would not have any problem recommending this condo to another couple or small family.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
