Enjoy breathtaking desert and mountain views from our beautiful and spacious (1729 sq. feet) condo in one of Grayhawk’s master planned, gated golf communities. Our 2 year old home is centrally located in North Scottsdale, a short and easy drive from the airport.

Our professionally decorated condo has 2 bedrooms plus den, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room, a living room with TV (cable, VCR/DVD included) and a private patio with a 4 piece patio set. Bedroom furnishings include a king bed and TV in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sofabed and desk in the den. A two-car garage is available for your security and convenience. You can also stay connected with high speed internet access. As we just purchased this home in August, 2005, all the furnishings are brand new.

Grayhawk community offers the acclaimed Grayhawk Golf Club which includes an award-winning 40,000 square foot clubhouse, complete golf shop, locker rooms, conference rooms, and exquisite indoor or alfresco dining at Phil’s Grill and the Quill Creek Cafe. Grayhawk’s 6,973-yard, par-72 Talon Course, designed by former PGA and US Open Champion David Graham and architect Gary Panks was selected as one of Golf Magazine's "top 10 you can play" and is also home to the Kostis/McCord Learning Center staffed by PGA tour professionals and rated as the number 2 golf school in the country by Golf Magazine. Grayhawk's 7,108-yard par-72 Raptor Course was designed by award winning golf course architect Tom Fazio.
