Tucked in a safe rural area above historic Koloa Town, this charming, plantation-style, guest house is just 20 minutes from the Lihue Airport.
The front door opens onto an expansive, screened-in lanai with a dining area. Living room includes period decor including comfortable furnishings, Hawaiian fabrics, and Hawaiian hardwoods. Seating area includes a pune'e, Hawaiian style couch, that sleeps one. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, desk, dresser, and bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. It has sliding doors that open into the living room. Each bedroom has its own full-size bathroom. We now have DSL in the cottage.
There are unobstructed panoramic views of rollings hills that frame Ha'upu Mountain and Mount Kahili. We invite you to experience the old Hawaii, only longtime residents know. Whether you want a restful hideaway or convenient comforts. HALE KIPA is a good choice.
