We rented from Dec 21, 2011 thru Jan 5, 2012. The communication with Kathy was excellent, she answered my emails incredibly fast, before, during and after the rental period. Once we opened the front door, we were impressed! Beautiful home and the pool is amazing (make sure you get the heating option if you're going in the winter months). The last night of our stay was near freezing but we stayed in the pool for 2 hours because it was so warm. The proximity to the Disney parks is great and Kathy's shortcut made it easy to get into the park and also to get anywhere else. The neighborhood is very quiet and very nice. I would have no problem staying here again and will tell family/friends about it as well.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

Just a note to tell you that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the house and the pool! It has been so nice to come "home" at the end of a busy day, kick back, and relax in such an awesome atmosphere. The house is obviously meticulously cared for, and we truly loved our time here. We had a great stay during our winter vacation here in Florida. Your home was perfect for our family to come back to and relax. The southern exposure helped us work on our tans! This was our first time renting a home, ande we enjoyed it thoroughly. Hope to come back soon.
