Wish we were still there. Absolutely wonderful stay here! Very spacious home with many added features, and a great pool for relaxing. This home far exceeded our expectations. I have recommended this home to three other people who are considering going to Florida within the next year. As this was our first experience renting a home we were not sure what to expect, from the time we arrived until the time we left we were in awe of how beautiful this house is - pictures do not do it justice as it is gorgeous. Kathy was terrific to deal with (very friendly and caring), gave us great directions to Disney and Universal and restaurants in the area. Can't wait to go back.

We loved the house! Great access to the pool area. Everything available that you need. Management company was excellent. Owner was quick to respond with answers to questions. Great neighborhood, very quiet! The pool temperature was awesome! Great location for Disney! A awesome experience! Hope to return again!

The home is exactly as presented and spotless. Everything was updated and the home was well stocked with basic supplies, towels etc. it even had Christmas lights with trees inside and out...a very fun touch for a rental property! The home is very convenient for a visit to Disney and not far from multiple restaurants. We enjoyed our visit.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great week in Florida in this home. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner quickly responds to emails and questions. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped home. The house was spotless upon our arrival. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was excellent throughout the process, very helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone and hope to return to it next year!

Great Family Holiday!

Loved, loved, loved this home! We had a wonderful vacation. It was great to come "home" after a long day at the theme parks to relax, unwind, have a bbq, swim and a glass of wine. The location was prefect, close to everything, but still in a very quiet neigbourhood. The house and grounds are maintained beautifully and it was obvious the house is very well cared for. Everything was prefect! My only suggestion.. plastic cups for kids. I was nervous letting my 4 yr old son carry around beautiful glassware on ceramic tile. Nothing was over looked. Thanks again.. we would love to come back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is immaculate and the pool was like bath water! Add to the fact the owner of this property was very pleasant, quick with responses, and even gave us a back way into Disney. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to all my family and friends, and all those looking for a wonderful Disney vacation!

Fantastic Home

We rented from Dec 21, 2011 thru Jan 5, 2012. The communication with Kathy was excellent, she answered my emails incredibly fast, before, during and after the rental period. Once we opened the front door, we were impressed! Beautiful home and the pool is amazing (make sure you get the heating option if you're going in the winter months). The last night of our stay was near freezing but we stayed in the pool for 2 hours because it was so warm. The proximity to the Disney parks is great and Kathy's shortcut made it easy to get into the park and also to get anywhere else. The neighborhood is very quiet and very nice. I would have no problem staying here again and will tell family/friends about it as well.
