Come stay at our newly built, luxuriously decorated and fully furnished 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath- 3rd floor condominium vacation home, nestled away in the quiet community of Banyan Trace in Southeast Cape Coral. Our Clubhouse Villa has spectacular view surrounded with beautiful palm trees and landscaped flower gardens.
The interior is tastefully decorated in a Florida theme with all the amenities required for vacation living. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to fix a delicious family dinner, bake a birthday cake, or make tropical drinks to enjoy on the Lanai. Relax in comfort in a spacious living room watching TV or visiting with family and friends.
An open Den complete with sofa and a swivel glider is great for just kicking back to relax in and can also be easily turned into a sleeping area in the evening with a Queen sofa sleeper. Sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy a slice of key-lime pie, or use your laptop with high speed wireless internet to check your email from family members and friends back home. Three large atrium windows provide a gorgeous fairway view while dining in the morning room.
Tropically decorated, the Master bedroom offers great comfort with a top of the line mattress and box spring, and has a Master bath and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom is decorated in a seashell theme, has two Twin Beds, and Private Full-Bath Access. The Laundry room is equipped with a Washer/Dryer, Iron and Ironing board. Linens and Towels are provided for your convenience.
A typical day: (7 am) Wake-up to a beautiful landscaped sunrise and smell the fresh brewed coffee (automatic coffeemaker), but before you enjoy that first cup, slip over to the air conditioned Exercise Cabana and get your morning workout in while watching TV. Complete your workout with several laps in the pool or soak in the Hot Tub to relax your muscles and clear your mind.
(8 am) Pour yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy a peaceful morning breakfast on the Lanai while reading the paper. (9 am) From this point in your day, you and family/friends may decide to go to one of dozens of local beaches, go shopping, sightseeing, boating, fishing, play a round of golf, try your luck at a casino, take a boat cruise to Key West (just 3 short hours away), relaz at our huge pool, or chill at the Condo watching a movie or reading a good book.
(5 pm) If cooking is not your thing, then take advantage of hundreds of restaurants in the area including waterfront dining, live music and beautiful sunsets. Even the most elegant of restaurants welcome casual dress. After dinner, take a romantic stroll on the beach or play a round of miniature golf or go dancing at a local night club. Back at Banyan Trace, cap-off the evening while enjoying a glass of wine on the Lani while gazing at the stars.
Note: Banyan Trace offers weekly wine and cheese and themed get togethers at the Gazebo during the Snowbird season. Meet and greet other vacationers from around the country and around the world.
