The Empress condos give you the experience of privacy at a condo! The building has two elevators, and each elevator accesses only TWO units per floor. When you get off the elevator you will walk into a foyer that gives you the option of going to only two condos. No need to worry about people walking up and down the halls because there is no hall, just a nicely decorated foyer!
Gorgeous three bedroom three bath condo. This huge, 2,000 sq. ft. three bedroom three bath condo features AWESOME amenities! Two master bedrooms facing the gulf featuring king beds and private bathrooms make this condo prefect for two families! The guest bedroom features a bunk bed and two stand alone twins sleeping a total of four!
Not to mention two master bedrooms there are also TWO living rooms and TWO balconies. One living room faces Lake Stewart and is like the "entertainment" living room. It will feature plenty of seating and a TV! The gulf side living room will have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, two chairs, and a love seat. This area is great for reading, or just listening to music and losing yourself in the emerald green waters!
Interested in the two large balconies?? Both balconies are very large- one faces the Gulf and one faces Lake Stewart. Both have sitting and tables. ALSO! A huge plus with the Empress is that your trash chute is RIGHT ON YOUR BACK BALCONY!! no need to go anywhere but out the back door to dispose of your debris!
A well equipped kitchen overlooks both living rooms and the large dining room table!
