                      Rates are for the whole accommodation and for maximum 2 people. They include the tourist tax, rental of sheets and towels. If you come for a long period, please contact us so we can adapt the price of your holidays. A deposit of 30% is payable upon booking, and the balance is to be paid upon arrival. Euro 1000 security deposit is to be paid upon arrival and it will be refunded upon departure, after the inventory and statement of state of repair have been carried out on departure day. If you like, a cleaning lady can help you.
                      The rentals are for 7 nights. The accommodation will be available starting from Saturday at 4.00 p.m. and has to be vacated the next Saturday at 12.00 a.m. on your departure day. (The apartment is available at 4.00 p.m. on arrival day and has to be vacated at 12.00 a.m. on your departure day).
                      Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
                      Damage deposit: EUR1,000.00
